I went in there tonight with my baby and I was beyond frustrated because the app was malfunctioning and I tried to order 5 different times and my 1 year old was HUNGRY! lol..when I went inside the workers were not only very patient but they tried multiple times to get my order. Those workers were very productive, professional, and sweet..the line was moving very fast as well. I got home and my food was just perfect..food looking like the picture! That crew turned my whole night around with their kindness and I appreciate them.

Hello everyone, I’m going to keep this short so my complaint is we ordered four extra nacho cheese sauce. It normally comes in a bigger container with a black cup. This is what I received for my money, a smaller size cup and basically they didn’t even fill it up with less product. I definitely feel gypped. This is sad if the company can’t provide the proper tools and containers that supposed to come along with it they should’ve just said we’re out. they came in some all clear little cups normally it’s a black cup with a clear top so deceiving just getting over.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Mexican pizza, got the bag and the pizza was at the bottom of the bag. I gave it back to them and they gave me the bag back with the new pizza in the box amd the other pizza was still at the bottom of the bag. Literally gave me the wrong food and a broken cup. I did not know the cup was broken and leaking. I found out when I saw my vanity was ruined because I placed the cup on it. Now my $200 vanity wood is completely warped due to the slow leak the cup had, slowing leaking onto the wood of the vanity, and its unfixable. EXTREMELY upset over it..

Only the manager looked like she wanted to work. They had no hot or mild sauce but my main complaint is I got a cheese melt steak burrito as a snack around 7:30 ish then drove back home to Hammond. I was unable to eat dinner as I have been vomiting and having diarrhea for the last 4 hours. I think I finally got the last of the rice and steak up. Definitely never going there again and Taco Bell in general is on my no go list for quite a while after this experience.

I always order a veggie Mexican pizza. There’s nothing special about it. It’s close to my home and I don’t eat meat. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s soggy. They never EVER answer the phone, you can never speak to anyone unless you drive back to the store.
