I like this location, I personally think it is one of the best Taco Bell’s in Metairie. I visit it often, and for the most part the staff is always very friendly and helpful, even late at night. The food is good, prepared with. Doesn’t look like it is thrown together. I especially appreciate the self ordering kiosks and the clean restrooms. Which are nice, modern & cleaned often. ( They also smell good.) Another good thing about this location, is that not all of the seats are hard. So if you plan on sitting in for a while say- for a long meal, hanging out or to work on your laptop, etc. They have plenty of comfortable seats and several outlets so you can plug in. My only complaint is that while they do offer Free WiFi, it’s limited. After about 30 minutes or so it kicks you offline.

Unbelievable. I went through the drive thru where my order was taken by the automated system. The order was taken by the system perfectly. I waited about 20 mins for the food, no big deal, but it was late and I wanted to get to my hotel. I ordered a bunch of food with no meat, which was not messed up, and no cheese by asking for each individual item to be fresco. Fresco at Taco Bell means no dairy and replace with pico. It is supposed to be universal. There was cheese on most of the products, so I knocked on the door and explained my issue nicely. The associate told me that fresco would still have cheese. I told the associate that that was incorrect and I’d like them to fix it. 10 mins later new bag of food with cheese on them. I would have eaten anything with out cheese and meat, I was hungry. So upsetting.

The food is Taco Bell – junk, fast food. The service at this location was much better than most of the other locations in the area. What I can’t really accept is the ridiculous prices they charge now and the inconsistency in what you get when ordering the same item(s) across different visits and different locations. Still, Taco Bell hits a certain comfort food button that, sometimes, nothing else can. But, Taco Bell used to be the poor man’s Mexican cuisine. No longer – it is not hard to spend $75+ on a family of five. $75 at Taco Bell! I remember when spending $10 meant you were going to have leftovers and lots of them. $0.49 tacos on special but they were $0.69 regular price for a long time. $1.89/each now. For a Taco Bell Taco! We are talking maybe a tablespoon of seasoned beef, a tortilla, lettuce, and a teaspoon of shredded cheese. It blows my mind that enough people are OK paying $1.89 for tacos, and substantially more for a burrito with actual protein besides beans. It’s Taco Bell for goodness sakes. It seems like we are well on our way to making the movie Demolition Man a real prophecy. But, if you can afford it and are willing to spend the equivalent of a meal from a decent pub style restaurant, then this location is about the best Taco Bell in the area. There are several banks in the vicinity as well should you need to hit the ATM or take out a loan to pay for dinner, which is convenient.

Super slow. I got stuck in the drive thru for 30 mins. Not really fast food… just food.
BUT best damn taco bell I’ve had in a while. Food was on point. FAT tacos! HOT quesadilla! COLD drink! And the lady at the window was a sweet heart. Other then the 30 min hold up, on point!

If you’re ordering on the app and you want sauce, no matter how many packs you you order you’re only gonna get half of what you asked for so make sure you double it. The last two times I’ve went here I’ve asked for eight packs of sauce when I got four tacos they give me four. The next time I asked for 10 packs they gave me five I know how much sauce I want each taco. Also, the food just sucked a drop of sour cream on the taco a drop on the tostada of sour cream. This was the last time I will ever go back to Taco Bell.
