Always have a good experience here! Went in for dinner with my friend and she redeemed her birthday reward. Dan S recognized it was a birthday reward and made sure to wish her a happy birthday multiple times. After we sat down with our food he brought over two more freeze drinks, one for each of us and wished her a happy birthday again! I always have an entertaining and enjoyable experience at this tacobell!!

I came in tonight for some dinner after work and redeemed my birthday reward from earlier in the month. Dan S recognized that it was a birthday reward and made sure to tell me happy birthday! I sat down in their lobby after receiving my food and a few minutes later he came over with a freeze drink for me and my friend who was with me, wishing me happy birthday again! I always know I will get the best service when I see him in the drive thru and now I can confidently say the same for the lobby! He is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond for his customers!

This is a great taco bell location. The food is up to standard and is good. I have never gotten sick from this location which is amazing and shows the cleanliness in my opinion. I do also enjoy the aesthetic of the building. The staff are great also and handle huge rushes calmly and effectivley. During rushes they do stop taking orders at the counter and have customers use the kiosks which I find to be ok but older people might struggle especially if they are not very tech savvy. I have seen exceptions though where a staff member will help a customer order if they need it which is great. The wait times can be pretty rough and the lobby is extremely small. I do not get claustrophobic but that could be an issue for some people. Overall I really like this location and think it is a good taco bell.

Came thru the drive thru to get a sweet treat. Apparently the lady didn’t know what we wanted and we described what. Had an extremely rude rely on what they were and then replied well that all? Then my Cinnabon things were cold.
Apparently having more than 1 person in a drive thru is stressful.

Came in today and got like 60 bucks worth of stuff. I got nearly everything big on the menu. The donut holes with the cheese in it are really quite tasty. I got me the new cantina chicken I don’t remember what it was exactly. Yeah I think it was okay I mean it wasn’t the best yet it was pretty good. I did get the classic dorito loco supreme which was quite good. The gorito crunch supreme was extremely good. I also got the crunchwrap supreme. I quite enjoy the contract supreme because they are quite huge. Though I do think that the crunchy taco supreme could be a bit cheaper. We Bothell got a large bag, well three tiny bags of cinnamon twist. Those are great for snacking on the way home. The staff was pretty good today. I did not get an order mishap which was very surprising. I tried the breakfast salsa and I quite like it. I think it would pair very well with anything with egg.
Most if not all taco bells one is always going to encounter an order mishap. When you are spending a fair amount you would expect to have your order right. Clearly the management does not care and lacks the skill to train the employees. Deliberately leaving off parts of the order and placing the wrong item on the tray is one of the reasons people rarely eat at taco Bell

The male person running the drive thru microphone was very rude and impatient with an angered tone and attitude. That’s the last thing anybody wants to hear while trying to order food for their family and children.

Just ordered food on Uber eats was supposed to get a double decker taco Supreme but got a regular one after I paid for the Supreme and how is it that my food was cold when it got to me its a 10 min drive from there to where I’m at I do not recommend this taco bell just go to the one on 2nd Ave and they will give you good food
