That’s location was super understaffed Sunday, June 25th around 345pm . There wasn’t someone available at the counter to take an order so I used the touch screen.

Horrible location, 3 young girls for employees, took forever to get noticed more than 5 minutes. Drink fountain had 4 flavors that were straight out water but waited too long to get noticed to tell them they needed changed out.Didnt give me receipt ,once again, waited to get recognized that I wanted the receipt. I went to this location looking to receive some good food but end up not receiving any of my items that ordered when I arrived at my hotel to look through my bag 4 out of the 8 items were missing and I couldn’t go back to retrieve the items because they closed right before I could go back. So this location has some bad customer service when dealing with your order because they don’t like to be patient with you when ordering just like to rush you through your ordering process.

Ordered Take out and had a cravings box. The chips were salted past edibility. The taste was as how id imagine a salt mines air tasting like. Then I had a beefy 5-layer burrito and it had nothing other than cheese and sour cream. Took 10-15 minutes of just waiting at the window after payment. Overall terrible experience.

S/o to the Thursday Night Squad We came in late and they were, understandably, low on supplies. Buddy and I both wanted Grilled cheese steak burritos but they only had one shell left. This kinda caused my brain to short circuit as I stared listing off multiple items that did, in fact, require a tortilla shell. Luckily, I remembered that I also enjoy chalupas and so I got 2 chicken chalupas, my friend got his grilled cheese steak burrito, our food was delivered promptly, and we both had a solid night.

Worst taco bell in Siouxland. Don’t order the nacho cheese fries without checking your order before u leave. Twice in a row I’ve received the cheese only! The tacos are normally a little soggy and that’s expected when you have to drive 5 minutes with it.. but it’s completely stuck to my paper and tastes horrible. Negative stars if I could. Come on now..

Prices aren’t correct. False advertisement. The cashier was clueless. The manager seemed to be on drugs because when I talked to her she just got mad and defensive and blamed it on the morning manager. Too bad I enjoy taco bell but won’t support this chain ever again
