I wanted to share an observation I made in the 3 times I have been there so far. I didn’t expect to lower my rating so soon, but here’s why. My first visit was on Thursday. I ordered my food with the app and wanted to pick up my food inside so I could take pictures of the interior. From the time I walked into the building, it took at least 10 minutes for my food to be ready for me. On Friday, I placed my order on the app and wanted to pick up my food inside again. This time, I had to wait over 25 minutes from the time I walked in to get my food. Meanwhile, food was being handed out the drive-through window very quickly. This was not ok. Today, I placed my order with the app except this time I chose to pick up my food at the drive-through. I got my food quickly. Lesson learned. If you place your order with the app, pick it up at the drive-through for much faster service. Apparently, they don’t care about wasting your time if you pick up your food by going inside.

A few months ago, a co-worker told me that a Taco Bell was opening close to me, and a friend told me on Monday, Jan 6, that it’s here. I decided to check it out for lunch. I confirmed that it’s open for business on the Taco Bell app, so I placed my order and paid ahead of time. I was excited to see they have Meximelts. I haven’t had those since I was a kid.
The estimated time for my food being ready for pickup was off by a few minutes, but that’s probably because they were very busy during the lunch hour. My order was accurate. My food was good. I chose to pick up my food inside this time so I could take pictures of the interior. When my order was ready, an employee put a sealed brown bag on the mobile & delivery pickup shelf.
I like Taco Bell because I’m ok with cheap Americanized Mexican food. I’m aware it’s not healthy or quality Mexican food. Taco Bell is not the place to go to eat authentic Mexican food. It’s nice that there’s a location that’s close to me, but my one complaint is it wasn’t that long ago that their prices were half of what they are now. I hate the recent jump in inflation.
The Hard shell Tacos are super greasy and shells are normally broke to where you might as well get a bowl to eat them. My favorite thing to get was always the chalupa But the shells are so hard and just rubbery, you can’t even chew them. This is the last time I will ever go to this one after spending money and going here three times nothing has ever changed. As much as I dislike Taco John’s, I suggest driving down the road to there. They should definitely find some better management here and train their people better. Hopefully it’ll just close and we can get something better here.
My mom got coffee, and the lid wasn’t put on correctly, and she spilled it all over the car when she went in to talk to the manager-Jayden B
She noticed he had hickes on his neck and didn’t seem to care that it was a health code violation?
Is this really a good representation of the restaurant staff.
