No reason anyone should have to wait 30 minutes for fast food. Order was placed at 12:34 and wasn’t handed to me until 1:08. Wasn’t a very large order either. Watched cars pull into the drive thru after my order was placed and watched them leave long before my order came up. Receipts attached for time stamp purposes.

Ate there mid-afternoon on Feb 23. Shoutout to the 2 guys working. Very friendly and able to hold a good convo. They were out of rice and helped me with a reasonable substitution to my box combo. Food was warm and solid. Management should recognize those two workers (one whom just started working there).

this was very disappointing. I stopped at about 6 pm, the cashier was very disassociated and not very attentive. He forgot my drink, which we asked for and he got it and replied “my bad” after we thanked him. We opened the bag after we were further away and noticed we were not given several food items. Once again very disappointing .

There is no reason to ever wait an hour for your order at Taco Bell. They were not busy and the people ahead of me wanted 45 minutes. Had I known that I never would have ordered. Avoid this location. You can drive to Plattsmouth and back with your order from that location faster.

There was no cashier, only kiosks, which were slow and clunky. You could not continue check out if you did not select flavor of fountain drink..even if you are dining in. And two people in a row had to ask for their cup anyway. If you want a receipt you have to forfeit your email or phone number, no other option. Service took an extended amount of time and the crunchy Supreme tacos were stale and chewy. I would be hard pressed to choose taco bell again.

After a few rough visits and some comparison visits to a location in Council Bluffs and Bellevue, I can now say that this location has had improvement!
There was a previous issue with the staff at a recent visit but this time was solid. The food had improved, the soda machine cleaned and syrup radio corrected. It was solid. Their POS system seems to be on the fritz but if that’s the worse problem, then that’s ok.

Food improved! Service improved! The soda machine is purpetually stuck in seltzer mode! I want my drink not to be used as a magnifying glass. I should not be able to see through my Baja blast with such clarity that I don’t need to use glasses anymore.
But a step in the right direction.

I don’t know what happened and it hurts to give a Taco Bell a one start review. Both soda machines were low on syrup so everything tasted like seltzer water. The only thing that saved it was they accidentally made a Baja Blast Freeze because I had to remind them that I ordered drinks. You can see how clear the soda is in the photo.
I hoped the food would save it but nope. The Mexican pizza was bland. Like eating cardboard, bland. The truff fries were god awful. I made it two bites and tossed the rest. I didn’t leave a review the last time I was here but it got so much worse.
Previously I had to remind them of the drinks like this time but at least the smashed Mexican pizza had flavor. This place needs a revamp or to change ownership. Someone is not caring about this place and it shows.

The ice tea was old and disgusting. Had to pour it out. My Chula was fine but my hard shell taco shell was very stale, couldn’t eat it. Would not visit again.
