I ordered food for my family online on Christmas Eve and hour before closing, in my opinion is reasonable. But the boy working the cash register told me “we close in 50 minutes, all the beef orders are gonna have to be chicken because I have no beef premade” I think is very unprofessional and unsatisfying. I’ve working in fast food before, if a customer comes in 5 or even 1 minute before closing the right thing to do is serve them, even if it means dirtying your cleaned station. I suggest management train their staff better, and for the staff to not be so lazy. WILL not be returning to this location

I came here tonight for a quick dinner. I was very hungry and had gone all day without eating. There’s about three cars ahead of me in the drive-through. I used the app to order online which I really enjoy doing. I like it because I can order exactly what I want and how I want. The rate was well over 30 minutes. I’m not sure if they were short staffed but it sure didn’t feel like it. There was even a few people waiting inside the store. The employee at the window was incredibly nice she was sincere about the situation. She decided to give me some coupons for a return visit. She apologized about the way and sent me with a good night. My view from the drive-through window look like the kitchen was a little bit and dismay. Regardless the food was good as could be and it’s what I expected. This Taco Bell is probably in the most nearest in Omaha metro. It looks completely modernized and up-to-date. Overall I would definitely return. Hopefully the throughput will be a lot faster.

I just want to say Taco Bell 72nd L bailed us out of a real pickle. Had a event and the caterer cancelled on us. We were doing walking Tacos. I went to this location and asked if they could help us out. The shift manager called the store manager and got us taken care of in 30 minutes! Great job everyone! I really appreciate what you all did!

This Taco Bell sucks! You would get better customer service from a robot- Infact robots are friendlier than the humans working at this store. What a cold unfriendly place. Be a cold day in hell before I go back there!!!

Usually the staff here are pretty nice but I called the store once, got answered with someone rudely saying hello, I asked if this was taco bell since she didn’t say anything besides hello, then she hung up on me. I called again, and she said hello rudely twice before I finally could get a word in and asked if they were open. The reason I was calling was because the location next to me is closed so I wanted to make sure this one was open. Her tone was the same as earlier, annoyed, rude when she said yes. I walked into the store to ask for a manager and asked who had been answering the phones because it was completely unacceptable how I was talked to. Both people on staff lied and said initially that nobody called the store and that they didn’t answer the phone. I then explained exactly what happened until the second girl who was younger and wearing a long single braid and she then all of a sudden remembered those phone calls but said she “couldn’t hear anyone “… So she had already lied to me about answering the phone. This is completely ridiculous, it is not that hard of a job, I would know. I would like to be contacted about this when a manager is “back in town”.

Genuinely the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. I go here almost every day Monday-Friday and the food is always accurate, fresh and warm. I’ve been to many other Taco Bell’s and am met with issues whereas for over a year I’ve gone to this location multiple times a week and have yet to have a single issue.

Food is sloppy. I have been in the fast food industry and I understand it’s not the best of a work place sometimes but that doesn’t mean you give less of yourself to your job. Plus the fact that you should pay attention to the fact that your facial hair should be covered. Disgusting.

Tried to eat here for breakfast during regular business hours on 12/16 but the doors were locked. I assume there were employees inside because there were a couple cars in the parking lot. Took my business elsewhere today

We need to stop spending money on just ok services and half a.. food. They raise the prices on us and charge us for a dining expenses inside a restaurant but get just ok for our money.
