I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a build your own cravings box online. I had a perfectly fine experience with service and how long it took for being so late that I went. I work later hours and when I get off sometimes I stop and grab something to eat quickly so I can shower and go to sleep. When I got home and started eating, the food tasted off and had random crunches in the beef sometimes. I continued eating anyway until I got to my cheesy crunch wrap and found a bug in it. I luckily found it as my previous bite landed just before it. I have no idea how many other bugs I could’ve eaten or if it was just the one but definitely not a fan of whatever these new ingredients are. Would not recommend eating here.

Friendly staff, always pleasant and professional. I’ve never had this location mess up my order. I tend to get the $5 box or the Crunchwrap Supreme- both great options. Plus the Baja Blast drink is delicious every time.
Also love the chipotle chicken melt wraps- super yummy and great, even leftover. I miss the nacho fries but I’ll get them again when they bring them back.

Every single time I order from this Taco Bell they get it wrong. Every single time. I order extra beef in the beefy five layer burrito, I get extra beans. No lettuce in my soft tacos? It’s garden salad in a tortilla. Patronize at your own risk.

Can be hit or miss, its fast food, but taco bell breakfast almost always does right by me. Lady at drive through kept my card on accident, Leon handled the issue without a manager and kept me as a satisfied customer. Pay Leon more, he deserves it, and as a fellow manager at another establishment it would be a massive loss to Taco Bell to lose such a decent employee over not paying him additional.

This over site in your order strategies should get an over haul as soon as last year. I have been in line for 20 minutes and was quoted another 20. I mean come on, it’s Taco Bell. It’s a go to food most people get and food is always done right when we come to this one but the service is, hmm, automated is the best word to describe it. Going through the motions. Friendly, not rude, just…. there.
The atmosphere is rather bland if you go in. It’s clean, but you feel like you’re, I’m not sure, like, It’s like it’s rather go through drive thru here Thang go inside to eat because my car had MUCH more personality than the inside does. I’m sure someone knows EXACTLY what I’m saying about this but I do continue to go there, just not go in.

Our last 3 visits have not been good. Tonight, we walked up to counter/kiosk looking at the menu. One worker made eye contact and walked away- not a word. We used the kiosk, and i had a question. 5 workers in my view, but all ignored the counter. When I loudly said “excuse me,” then someone came to help. The food was hot and tasty, but not a lot of chicken in my taco! It was not very busy at the time… but the tables were needing to be cleaned, & trash was full. We feel that Door Dash has priority…

I haven’t had a bad experience at this Taco Bell yet. I always get exactly what I ordered even when I make substitutions. It’s always made promptly even when I’ve had trouble with the app when I’ve called the building they’ve answered and able to help me.
