This store messed up an online order I placed. When I called and told them they messed it up, they told me I had to come in and fix it. Even after I paid a delivery fee and taxes to get an order delivered, I had to go back myself and fix it. They told me a manager would call me to compensate me, and they never did. When I called back to follow up about it the employee just hung up on me. This stores employees do not care, and will just ignore you if they screwed your order up. Good luck everyone.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla twice two different times, both times I asked to confirm it was cheese (because I know it can sound like I’m saying chicken) and double checked my order on the screen and both times they gave me chicken. It really sucks when I get of my 9 hour shift and go to get food just to be unable to eat it due to my dietary restrictions. The customer service is ok but then again they refuse to double check the meal I specifically asked them to. For that I have to give it a one star review. I will also add we were the only customers In line so I know my food didn’t get mixed up with someone else.

We just spent 40 minutes waiting on our mobile order that should’ve been ready when we arrived. Tried going in to pick it up since the line was so long. However we were told we would have to wait in the drive thru line. We eventually had to give up and order Burger King. Hopefully after contacting support, I will get my money back. Very disappointed.

They really don’t even deserve 1 star what’s so ever!!
We were inside and yes they were busy but the employees either didn’t care or high out of their mind because we were there for almost an hour. Waiting for our food. 5 adults, one child, they lost our order, said it would be coming up. They’d fix it and take care of it. 35 minutes later, still waiting. And I snapped on
Them had time to go to Wendy’s order. Food came over and ate it. And their establishment, which was probably wrong on me. But trying to prove a point here and no manager would speak to me. They all just looked at me. And all the other customers that came in a lot A lot of em left. The rest of the party that was with me. Waited because of a storm that was coming in.

I have been here many times before. However, this particular time, the tacos were stale. And while I was sitting there eating my meal, I looked up and watched the people that was making the food the first lady that was on the food line was wearing her gloves. But while she was wearing her gloves, she had her hands-on her hips, which were touching her clothing, and then she moved her hands to her cell phone, that was in her back pocket. Turned her back to me continued to mess around on her phone and then returned her phone to her pocket. And then continued to make food with the same gloves. The guy next to her on the food line. I watched him cough onto his gloves. And then instead of changing his gloves, he continued making food. This grossed me out and I will not Be back to this taco bell. That is how people get sick.That is disgusting. And the dining room was cold to boot.

Today I went through Taco Bell drive through, I ordered the lux box, I got a Crunchwrap supreme, beefy 5 layer burrito, the cheesy potatoes and a Pepsi. I asked for extra mild sauce and silverware. When I got up to the window I got my order and when I looked they did not include silverware or even my sauce! I thought when you ask for cutlery and sauce it means put it in the order as well. The service was slow took about 20 minutes just to get my food and the customer service was crap! No smiles. I understand if you don’t like your job, but you chose this job. Shame on you for having such poor customer service. Something needs to be done about this. Food was good though. Needs to be hotter though. Nobody likes Luke warm/cold food.

Service was fast, which slightly compromised quality. Taco fillings were not evenly distributed, so we had to unwrap and rearrange the insides of the tacos. The cheese on Mexican pizza wasn’t melted, but the refried beans were actually fresh and not dry at all!
(Dry beans are typical at other locations)

Overall, everything WAS delicious, and the ingredients were fresh. 4/5

Never have had an issue with drive thru, always fresh food and good service, but a couple weeks ago my family and I decided to dine in. Big mistake. The store is absolutely filthy. Floors are sticky, none of the tables were cleaned off. And can’t forget about the bathrooms. YUCK! There was toilet paper/paper towels all over the floor, the toilets were covered in other peoples feces and even a smear on the wall by the toilet paper dispenser. I was mortified and felt so gross leaving there! And the service was very poor. When we went up to the counter to give our order, there were 2 workers just standing around and did not come help us right away, we waited for probably 3-4 min before one of them came up. And they both saw us standing there. And the workers in the back cooking were talking about pills/drugs. Then we sat for almost 20 min waiting on a very small order, and noticed as well, other people who ordered before us were STILL waiting. Even a doordash delivery driver, who you could tell was not happy for them taking so long. Our order was wrong as well and did not taste good. Was very dissatisfied & disgusted with the experience.
A couple weeks later we went to Sonic and my son needed to use the bathroom so I took him over to Taco Bell, and the lobby and bathrooms were still super dirty & gross!
I Used to go there all the time with how much I love T-Bell, but I have not went since and don’t think I will again. Wish there was contact info for a manager or something posted to be able to report these things so it gets taken care of!
