I went at 2:17 on 12/20/25.
What a joke of an operation. It was absolutely horrible. The lady on the speaker was so rude. We heard her sigh at us when my mother said the wrong name of a drink. The speaker was cutting out at the drive through and she kept saying “WHAATTT? WHAATT?, You keep cutting out” in a very rude tone like it was our fault. She was so rude and snarky the whole time we were ordering in the drive through. She was not wearing a name tag and I did not ask for her name. The picture is of the lady.
I ended up having to go inside because they forgot my drink and an order of cinnamon twists. I waited forever. Absolute joke. I would be embarrassed to be the manager at that time.

I’m a very hard critic when it comes to fast food restaurants… the menu was clean (free of dirt/water spots) and very appealing! I was there during breakfast hours. “Tim” was very nice and checked w/me about my order BEFORE cashing me out! Food was hot and fresh! I wish more employees of restaurants could have his attitude! Good job Tim and the crew this morning for SUPERB service! TEAMWORK is GRAND!!!

Service was great and was pretty fast. My only concern was the corn shells were pretty stale and upset my stomach a bit after eating one. You could smell how stale they were and even my husband agreed they smelled stale. May want to check the shells and if they were new shells maybe contact someone about it.

When you ask for an alteration (ex: extra cheese, no tomatoes, extra sour cream) make sure you check your order before leaving the establishment. They routinely get orders wrong.

The quality of food and ordering has gone down since closing indoor dining. When ordering, double check the screen because I had 4 errors. I noticed 3 and got them corrected. I also asked for a senior discount, was told it would be taken care of at the window. Got to the window and slid my card. Checked the receipt and noticed no senior discount. Was told that I have to ask that again. (Now my fault). Just “sorry” a few times. Got home (small town) the crunchy taco was at the bottom of the bag and crushed. The burrito and 3 soft tacos were on top. Checked toasted chalupa box and that crunchy taco was broken. It looks like the tacos are made ahead because the shells were soggy. I asked for ‘no ice’ in my drink and it came 3/4 full of ice. I ordered fire sauce, but on the receipt it says hot and received that.

Sour cream was placed on the outside of our taco. Our order was messed up and they asked for our receipt. Our nachos were missing the tomato and sour cream. Whoever the girl was told the guy helping me to throw away our receipt and there was no proof. We have ate here other times and we thought it was just confusion on the order. We are in the lobby and Staff was disrespectful to the manager.

I went through the drive thru and got my family of 5 a meal. It took probably 20 mins to get our food. We got all the way home to realize they didn’t give us 2 items. Basically my whole meal. I went back and told them what I was missing. They punched it in and proceeded to get 5 other orders placed after me ready before asking me if I had gotten my food. They said it disappeared off the screen punched it in again. This took another 30 mins of my time. Absolutely not fast food, go to McDonalds if in this town or something. Do not go to this Taco Bell.

Dirtiest Taco bell I’ve ever been to. Staff was friendly, but floor and tables were covered in trash and I was the only customer in the place. There was no Ice in the pop machine and they seemed to know about it, when I told them, the guy employeeacted like it was an inconvenience to fill my cup with ice. When I finally did get a Pepsi it tasted like the machine had not been cleaned for weeks and it was flat. Food was good and made well. Won’t be going back.

I like the food here. Simple with combo meals that are inexpensive yet lots of great tasting food. When I was there they ensured I was taken care of and had anything I may have missed. They had a group that left a mess and they had it cleaned in a matter of minutes. All with a smile and polite.
