My husband was just up there to get my food and was not greeted and my food was freezing so we called and the person argued with me that everything is always fresh. But if it was fresh I would not need to microwave it right after receiving my food.
You guys need to step up the customer service for sure and make sure the food is fresh!!

Waited for 20 minutes in the drivethru. Got home and my soft taco supremes are soaking wet, looks like they’ve been dipped in water, bottom of the bag is soaking wet too. Who knows what it is but im not going to risk it. If you like to spend money on food that goes straight into the trash then this is the place for you! I won’t waste my time or money here again

The entire staff at this tacobell are wonderful but Caleb in particular is the friendliest and most polite young man ever. Always greets me so genuinely, always has a smile, and always gets my order right. Congrats to tacobell on hiring this young man.

I ordered breakfast from this location and received all of my order burnt. Not subjectively burnt, like too dark for me but ok by normal standards, but obviously burnt which should have prompted them to not serve that as a paid order.
Once I was home and noticed, I called to inform them of the issue. After the third or forth time of calling due to no one answering the phone, I spoke to a lady who stated she was the “owners wife”. I explained the situation, and what was her reaction? She laughed. She started giggling and told me that I should have brought it back or called sooner (I had been 45 minutes) and to bring the food back the next morning for them to see that it was burnt to fix the issue. I’ve never been told to save bad food and bring it back the next day for inspection..

How hard to understand number 10 meal with a soft taco instead gave a number 1. No senior discount as most other taco bells do. As we were almost done with our food found plastic in the grilled steak burrito. As we were leaving my husband could hear the staff cussing using the f word in the back very disappointed in this business used to be a great place

Just dropped 55 dollars and wasn’t even upset about it. Nathan the order taker sets a new standard for customer service. Even the other gentleman at the window was on point. Had a van full of warn out tired fair kids and this was by far the best visit to any taco bell I’ve had in years. What a crew working tonight.

This location has great customer service and the drive thru is relatively quick. Our order has always been correct. I have no complaints and would recommend this location.

On more then one occasion they have gotten the order wrong and the drive thru is slow. The food is always hot and they load up the burritos really good.
