Went tonight to grab our online order…Got home to Lyons, we ordered 2 supreme boxes …my soft taco wasn’t a supreme and my husband didn’t even get one.. this isn’t the first time it’s been messed up. Friendly service at window all the time but the food prep person needs glasses or learn to read!

Got Taco Bell tonight, missing 1 fry from my order, forks, sauces and my Crunchwrap supremes were basically like thin paper just tortilla and taco was just cheese and lettuce,fiesta potatoes had like two bites in the containers, never go here, this is ridiculous .

The food was delicious, but the wait at this location is ridiculous. I placed my order around 6:45 and didn’t leave the window with my food until 7:39pm. Each car ahead of me had around a 10 minute wait. I didn’t pay attention to any of them specifically besides the one immediately before me which was at the window for 7 minutes. I was at the window for over 10 minutes but they did let me know they were needing to do two Doordash orders before they were making mine. Clearly Doordash is more important?

This is possibly the worst Taco Bell I have been to.
First. I order online. And i want to go inside. But, of course, as Taco Bell’s do. They closed there lobby early.
So, I just went through the drive through. Not a big deal.
Granted I am already waiting like 20 minutes because there is a line of cars ahead of me. But, as soon as I get to the speaker, they tell me that there registers are down and they are not accepting orders
I told them that I already ordered and paid on the app… so, something has to happen. Whether that be my order, or a refund.
So, they pull my order up on the screen, and I go. I am already in line for quite some time. I go to the front, still waiting. I get my food, check to see that it is all there. It is. I go back to the house to eat it.
I head back, open my order, and The “Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos” that I ordered all have white rice instead of seasoned rice…
And I ordered a “Brisk Mango Fiesta” and they gave me some refresca drink with those little taffy things in it. Which I guess is fine, but. Not what I ordered.
even tasted it, and it tasted very watered down. I even saw the “gunk/sweet stuff on the bottom instead of the top. Which I guess is fine, but. Not what I ordered.

You could get seated and have your food at Applebees in less time than it takes to get out of the drive through at this Taco Bell. Time management is not a thing at this location.

Terrible customer service. They ignore you standing there at the register while waiting for 10 min. Then, he walks up to the left register, while I’m standing at the right one, doesn’t say anything, then customers cut in front of me when. I was there first. Had an attitude like they don’t like their job. I won’t ever come back to this location again. It’s marked in my GPS.

The only thing I didn’t like was that it was so cold in the Hays, Kansas Taco Bell that we couldn’t sit there and eat. We had to eat in our car. We wanted to don’t in but couldn’t because it was so cold inside.

Too many people doing a whole lot of nothing . Always have disliked it when employees smoke right outside the entrance doors. I ordered avocado ranch chicken stack I added steak to it and guacamole. Got down the road took it out of the package in the tortilla was tore where the steak and guacamole were falling out of it. It doesn’t take a whole lot to make one of those. Won’t be traveling to that one in my future coming back this way.

I ordered a #1 supreme 3 crunchy taco meal and a #2 meat and cheese only 3 soft tacos meal and hot sauce, got home sat down opened the bag, only 4 tacos total, 2 of each kind no sauce. What I got was delicious but…I tried to call the number google gave me for the store, it went to voicemail. I’m too tired to drive back over for 2 missing tacos.
