Hands down has to be the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Food was good no complaints on that at all. Ordered my food at 6:29pm, In-store on the touch screen kiosk because sign at the main register said to. Did not receive my food until 6:57pm. Took 28 min I waited over 5 min to ask if I could have my cups to get my drinks but nobody wanted to even make eye contact with anyone to acknowledge we were even their. I’m not from McPherson where this location is, but in Emporia I can’t even fill my drink from the fountain and they already had my food already. Was food for two people and there was 5 other groups of people with the same experience.

We waited 20 minutes for our food inside the whole time listening to the employees (which included 2 managers) using the “F” word continuously. I’m all for having a good time at work but when you have customers in the store they need to watch their language! Very disturbing and poor management.

They always mess my orders up. I can’t eat pork products and any time I order something that normally has sausage or bacon and tell them not to put it in my food they still put it in there. Will not go back to this taco bell.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed in which we got our food. It was hot and fresh. The employees were friendly and seemed overall happy to be at work

I had 2/4 items incorrect and one item missing entirely. It took 17 min to get food ordering inside. Shoot, when I got there I wasn’t greeted at the register for a couple min. It is hard to be this bad, but they did it.
