One of the worst Taco Bell’s orders ever. We ordered multiple things with added ingredients, so they should have been bigger than standard. SIKE. There was barely anything in there. The potato’s were old and gross as well. Half of the quesadilla things were just tortillas. I tore off the tortilla literally half way down and finally got bites of real food that were still half tortilla. The chipotle ranch burritos weren’t even as thick as my finger and were pretty much lettuce and sauce.

I went and got a decent price but the food wasn’t great. I love the nacho fries and the chips with cheese. I got a box of stuff with chips and cheese but the chips were too salty for human consumption and they didn’t give me cheese for my nacho fries luckily I used the cheese that were supposed to go with my salt and chips. The beefy five layer burrito lacks beef and has more beans than anything. My taco shell was broken and the broken piece was missing. I use to like this Taco Bell as a kid but it is getting worse. I get fast food doesn’t have the best employees in the world but how hard can it be. I felt like a ate a spoon full of salt when I ate that chip.

I asked for extra meat, didn’t get it and instead got 3x the lettuce. Half the food was cold, the “chips” were basically crumbs. If this was a one time thing I’d let it go but this location has been going downhill.

I purchased 2 taco supremes add rice. My plan was one for now 1 for later BUT the first one was exactly like the menu picture and tasted fresh, like i was at some delicious casual fine dining local secret. Soooo yes i ate both! Oh and do not get me started about how clean the bathroom was. This was a 10 out of 10 brunch.

Ordered 4 lux boxes only received 2. Called and the manager was very rude about it. Told us to come back and get them BUT we didn’t have time due to other obligations. All we asked for is to refund the 2 boxes but he said NO he won’t fo that. Okay dude you just lost more than $12.00 cause my big family won’t order from Coffeyville Kansas location again! We will go to Independence where we KNOW they do their job correctly!
Coffeyville Kansas needs shut down until they get management changed! Must not be hurting to bad for that $12.00 when they dont even serve breakfast!
