Order my meal on the app and when I went to pick it up. The older Indian lady flipped out. Refuse to give me my order and then walked to the back room and pretended like I didn’t exist. Luckily he coworker assisted me and gave me my order. If you own this place, train your workers better. If not, I recommend going to the one on 37 st for a better experience

Me and my bf walked in and started looking at the menu we couldn’t see so we move closer and started talking on about what to get, the guy at the drive thru window told us to please go to the koisk to place our order. Than we did that and had a difficult time finding the things we wanted and didn’t understand why he told us to do that at first, so after we place our order we waited for our food for like 30mins or so I could be wrong I didn’t keep track of the time but what felt like forever. After we got our food we went to fill up our drinks and there was a puddle on the floor so I went and told the guy working the drive thru and he said to me “yeah I know we got to clean that up sorry there is only two of us here” I was like now I understand on why we had to wait awhile and had to use the kiosk. Seems like they need to either close the lobby or the drive thru and or hire more people.

The counter staff are so rude and no one wants to help you.
All they say is use the kiosk.
We were trying to order my food without shells since I can’t have them to avoid my blood sugar from spiking as I tried to explain that she rolled her eyes and said ok how can I help you sir in a very smart ass attitude.
If you can go to any other Taco Bell it will be worth your time.

Pro 5-Star Tip… PLEASE train/remind your staff to put all the necessary and applicable things needed to eat a meal in the bag (e.g. napkins, silverware, etc.) This is the third time I’ve ordered a nacho type item and was left to messy finger my way thought it. A fork is a purely essential item — not everyone is taking their food home.
(I took away a star for each time this has happened to me at this exact location…)

This Taco Bell is hands down the worse. Last week, Saturday or Sunday there were a bunch of kids running the place. Our order sat on their back table for 20-30 minutes. We were the only ones there. They didn’t apologize or anything when we asked where our food was. Then a young guy came in to pick up a Uber/Doordash order. The girl/manager told him sorry for the wait and got him a free drink then asked how he styled his hair, ect. But tonight was our last straw at this location. We paid $15 for a quesedilla with no chipotle sauce on it, they just put cheese and chicken on it. And a grilled cheese chicken nacho fries with no grilled cheese. We’re done wasting money here.

Was in line for 40 minutes. I would have left mid way through but the drive thru lane doesn’t have a way to leave. The worker rude, all I got was a “sorry for the wait” if I could do a 0/5 I would.

made about 1 taco per every 5 minutes, if you can’t graduate highschool you at least need the minimal skill of making a taco in a reasonable time! Service is so unbelievably bad

Ordered two Double Decker Taco Supremes (substituted soure cream for nacho cheese), and a Mexica Pizza. Very good. A classic nostalgia combo. Just wish the Double Decker Taco was back permanently.
