This location gave me food poisoning. I spent 3 hours throwing up their Dry & cold food that was lacking sustenance. The portion of “meat” wouldnt sustain a dead animal. The flaming hot cheeto burrito and crunch wrap supreme were chewy and dry, overloaded with mayo and lettuce and a poor excuse for a portion of protein, less than an ounce between thw 2 items. Absolutely non existent cheese. The manager expressed how he could care less.. Between the food quality and customer service; this location is sub par. Arby’s is across the street, I suggest going there instead. Zero star rating. The health inspector and management should investigate their standards.

Stopped by to get a quick lunch. Bought a chicken quesadilla and taco meal. Got back to work only to be disappointed. My quesadilla had no chicken nor was it even cooked/toasted, so the cheese was not melted and the tortilla was uncut just open faced in the box. The only saving grace was the taco but even that was broken but it was edible.

We ordered 6 hard shells and they were all falling apart on the bottom so all the taco fillings fell out. I grabbed a hard shell taco out of the bag and grease flew right out of the paper and landed on my pants. My wife’s burrito was over done. Everything was cold and soggy. I will never come back here again. I added pictures of HARD SHELLS that was soft. The food was absolutely disgusting!

I am very disappointed with how this location has changed over the years they used to have such great quality food with quality service but now the food is either wrong or smashed and not even appetizing to look at or eat and whenever your in the drive through they are constantly asking is that all? Is that all? It’s very frustrating when your trying to order for multiple people and they just keep interrupting you talking, if they would just listen they would now were not done ordering. Hopefully management sees this and works on getting better employees with better customer service and works on giving better quality food.

I ordered a double decker taco, chips with nacho cheese. The chips weren’t big enough to even dip to get any cheese on them they were crumbs and the cheese wasn’t even a fourth of the way filled. They did correct it to give me full cheese when I went back but the chips were just as bad the second time.

I ordered a steak quesadilla and this is how I got it. It was literally balled up in the bag and when I tried to lay it out that was how it looked. The man at the window was super nice but not sure what was going on in the kitchen.
