I just wanted to come on here and take a moment to let everyone know how hard our local Taco Bell is working to improve their reputation. The last five times hands down been the best customer service and the best quality of food. I am totally impressed and I am very hard to impress. Thank you so much Michelle AND TEAM for making sure all of my customization were honored, including the fresh tea that got made! I appreciate you so much. If you guys have not had Taco Bell at 47th and Broadway in a long time because of their past reputation, please go and give them another chance my recommendation is go inside. This whole team for the last year to year and a half has been absolutely amazing accommodating and thorough I am so proud of this team for doing such a wonderful job overcoming a bad reputation from the past.

lance was a breath of fresh air and very helpful. After a long night I came in around 12:30am with the drive thru flooded and was greeted with excellence. He was so nice and even recommended great sauce combinations that were impeccable. Please give him a raise. Never get rid of him. What a talented customer service representative

Ordered food at 2:16 pm on the website, arrived at the location a few minutes later and checked in with the guy behind the counter, ended up waiting most of my lunch break because the person who was supposed to give it to me put my order on the outgoing rack and ran to the restroom.
by the time she got back my food had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes.
She offered to get it remade but I didn’t have another 20-30 minutes to wait around since I had to get back to work.
It seems like there are no good, reliable taco bells in town anymore, every time I go it gets worse and worse.

Anytime I comed through the Drive-Thru and Lance is working, the experience is filled with pure friendliness and respect. Lance rocks the roll of Drive-Thru by being kind and thorough. Thanks Lance!

I love Taco Bell. It’s the best and most economical, fast food. You can get a gigantic burrito for $3 a loaded up Taco for a couple bucks. For $5, I’m full the whole entire day!!

My god, how many times can you mess up an order. Why do I keep returning. I have never seen a business this incompetent before. Every time I go there. Someone have screwed up my order. Every time I go there I have to talk to management. Nothing get done beside me wasting more gas to have them fix the order. I’m done, I would rather go to QT for dinner then these guys.
