Service got a 3 only because I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order at the register. They must’ve been understaffed but the girls working that night were friendly even though they were crazy busy and did do the best they could with who showed up to work so I thank them for being there that night so my family could eat.

Taco Bell fix this franchise, obviously management needs a change.

This is more on management than anything else, but why even offer a breakfast menu until 10:45 or 11 if your place opens at 10? The breakfast menu is the only real reason why I ever give TB my money, and this place used to be open early enough for me to come in. A real shame that’s changed.

Third time that I’ve ordered a pickup for it to be wrong. They forgot items and gave me something completely different. I ordered at like 4:30, it’s not like they’re too busy to get it right. How does a spicy potato taco come out to be a wimpy looking cheesy roll up AND you forget other items? I know working fast food sucks, but just make sure the order is right.Things are too expensive these days for it to be wrong.

I will no longer be going to this Taco Bell, the people there are too busy joking around, on their phones, and flirting with each other, and cannot get an order right for the life of them, it is my final time going to this location. Management should get better control of their employees, double check (or just actually correctly read) orders. The incompetence at this location is truly stunning!!! Cold food, wrong orders, rude staff, it is always something at this location, particularly the night shift.

Been to this location three times. Each time I went the food was prepared sloppy by being halfway out of the wrap, or the food was wet and soggy or the food was lukewarm. I contacted Taco Bell via the app and nobody ever reached out. Therefore Taco Bell has lost any respect I had for their concerns.

The big ole black girl that works later in the evening (I was there at 915pm on Sunday October 12th), she was working drive thru.. She acts miserable like she hates her job and has an attitude, so I gave her attitude back. Treat people how you wanna be treated.. and Taco Bell… do better!

First we had a hell of a time ordering seemed like they didn’t even know what was on the menu.. we ordered two sets of nachos and 4 bean and cheese burritos with no sauce or onions.. the nachos tasted like they dumped a whole bottle of salt on we couldn’t even eat them they were to salty. The burritos were covered in red sauce so my son wouldn’t eat them.. a waste of money and time. Then we still had to figure out something else to eat. This Taco Bell has gone down hill so fast. Wouldn’t recommend.
