DO NOT EAT THE CHICKEN NUGGETS!!!!!! My boyfriend and I came to try their chicken nugget deluxe box, not only did they forget our sauce and burned the nuggets but the nuggets looked like they were fried in dirty oil with tons of nasty crumbs that stuck to the nuggets AND they gave my boyfriend and I severe stomach aches and intestinal problems. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Definitely do not eat here unless you want food poisoning…

Went to se location. Once you get in line you can’t get out. Waited 10 minutes before line started again. Ordered the #1 3 crunchy Supreme. The girl asked me which #1 had to tell her what it was. Got home had 3 soft tacos and only one had cheese and tomatoes on it. They did ask if I was a senior which was nice so I could get a discount. Won’t be going back

These have to be about the dumbest TB employees I’ve ever encountered. They have repeatedly messed up the exact same order I’ve gotten for years. This wasn’t an issue until just a few months ago.
The last time I got a nachos bell grande, they gave me so little meat it didn’t even HALF fill their condiment cups! What’s so hard to understand about just putting the nachos in a separate container from everything else so they don’t get soggy on my 15 minute drive home?

This is honestly the worst taco bell In topeka. Food is always wrong. Service is beyond slow. Would be faster to eat at a sit down restaurant. The crew is always cussing in the back and saying slurs. No one comes to the counter until you have been standing there for 5 minutes.

The last three times I’ve come to this taco bell, we get the wrong items, items are not customized how we ask, and worst of all, as a group of people ordering boxes, you would think each box would have what is ordered on it, but have to sort through and open each item to find out who it actually belongs to because again, it’s always wrong and mixed up. The SLOWEST Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life and they don’t even get anything right.

Tonight Tuesday 12th 11:14pm 2013 nw Topeka blvd 66608. Ordered 2 of the $3 steak burritos one of each, NO SAUCE. And 2 cheesy double beef burritos. Got home, relized they forgot a steak burrito. Called the store, told me to come back up, which I’m using my gas. Got there, we figured which one it was because i didn’t bring bag with me. While my fiance was on the phone, she told me while she was eating the one i left because she’s a diabetic. Told me there was piko sauce on it. So i get up too the drive thru window, guy hands me one steak burrito.,didn’t even apologize for the messed up order. Get home, it the steak burrito with the creamy jalapeño sauce on it. Now i don’t know if they know what no sauce means, but that’s ridiculous! It’s on the screen before they make it! So i get home, got my burritos out of the bag, i knew right off one was wrong but feeling it. Instead of 2 double beef burritos i got one. The others a cheey rice burrito with meat, not a double. That’s quite a few mistakes for one order. We go there alot, and usually order’s are right. So i think before closing, they have some foods premade. This day in age, there’s a screen that says how the order should be, from customer, the worker taking the order, then put onto the screen. Something wrong if you can’t get order’s right. These people have a job and can’t get order’s right, i can’t get hired for a job. Somethings wrong with that! I worked various fast foods in my life, i kinda know how some of this works.
