They made my order incorrectly and I was missing my kids food. No big deal, i went back to have my order corrected. I explained our fiesta potatoes were missing ( hold the sour cream) my kiddo will not eat it with the sour cream. They made the fiesta potato and handed them to me ( with sour cream). I asked them to remake them please THEN the manager began to drop F bombs at me and told me they would not waste product. I will not repeat what the MANAGER said to me but I ended up leaving in tears. Literally.

To the manager: shame on you. NEVER treat people the way you treated me. Be a kind human. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.

Finally, I have seen this same person drop F bombs and cuss at other customers. I really hope I can stop at least one person or many people from what happened to me. I’m going to reach out to their boss and bosses boss. Customer service is not the industry for this person.

Went through the drive through to get my standard Taco Bell order (nachos and bean burrito) and decided to try the new chicken bacon ranch chalupas. The person taking orders was very friendly, my nachos were really loaded up, and the chalupas did not disappoint! 10/10

HORRIBLE!!!
I ASKED FOR EXTRA MEAT AND DID NOT GET THE RIGHT PORTIONS. I see more rice than meat! BTW WHAT IS THIS drink?? I ASKED FOR DRAGON FRUIT DRINK $4 AND IT LOOKS LIKE DIRTY WATER. VERY UPSETTING! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Showed up at about 10:30pm here one night at the drive thru. Employee asked if I was paying cash or card, I replied card. They said they’re taking cash only. I leave, come back with cash about 20 minutes later, and they ask again if I’m paying cash or card. I reply cash this time, and they say they’re taking card only. So I let them know I have card too, and then they finally took my order. They obviously didn’t want to work even though the store was scheduled to be open til 1am. Recommend going to the Taco Bell near I-70 instead if you’re looking to actually be served.

BRE – claimed to be the manager, she looked 16!

DOOR DASH ISSUES CONSTANTLY!!

BRE claimed to be the manager, she is the most unprofessional person I have come across EVER!!

Regardless of if it was Taco Bell’s issue or door dashes issues instead of berating me, you could have worked to create solutions instead of threatening me that I should be more careful about how I talk to the people who make my food, insinuating that you all would do malicious things to my food because I was upset that you wrongfully gave my “PICK UP DOOR DASH ORDER” to someone you shouldn’t have!!

Door dash’s was unable to contact the store when trying to create a solution. So I canceled my order. I drove back around to order my food directly from Taco Bell. I came to the speaker to order my food after stating the facts of the situation. I said I am just going to order my food here with you. They told me to drive up to the window. I did. And then Bre berated me about how I had an attitude since I pulled up. Which why would I? I’m here to pick up my food that I personally ordered for pick up through door dash. She told me I needed to cancel my order, which I already had!!!! And the. Told me I needed to pull back around AGAIN AND ORDER THROUGH THE SPEAKER! I told her you making this so much harder than it needs to be!!!! I asked her to just take my order at the window and she refused and told me I had to drive back around when before I was instructed to pull up to the window that is what I was doing, trying to order directly through Taco Bell at the speaker.

I’ve had issues as a door dash’s delivery driver. And now personally as someone who ordered food through the app. It’s very clear there are serious issues with your employees and your inner workings with door dash!

Someone needs to address this!

Create solutions, not arguments where you piss off customers who just want their food that they paid for!!!

I place delivery orders here more often than any other restaurant in town and it’s honestly great most of the time (sometimes my drink gets forgotten,) but today’s service was incredible. Matthew portioned and placed the food in my luxe cravings box perfectly, no lettuce mess or anything. Everything made it here in great condition and my order was 100% correct.

Ordered nacho fries, was given old stale limp fries. Went back up and asked for fresh fries as they tasted old/stale. Employee said “I got you” and disappeared to the left (his) of service counter. Came back a few minutes later and gave me the fries. When I tried one, it was either from the same batch or the same ones I handed to him. They weren’t warm at all. Finished my meal except for these and asked for a refund. Employee didn’t even ask what the issue was, as I’m sure he already knew, and I left. Will not return.

Tip: don’t order ahead for specific time, they will make the food when order is placed. My first visit. Of course everything was soggy. But after making it back to work I didn’t have the time to return it.

Staff took forever to greet when come into the restaurant. And didn’t seem like it was a very friendly environment and had my order wrong twice and they still did not want to fix it, but they eventually fixed it after 5 minutes of arguing with them

Their food made me sick for days. I’ve had diarrhea 15 times in the last 2 days from a single supreme taco. Im considering going to the emergency care. I’ll never eat taco bell again.

By far the worst taco bell I have ever been too, we ordered this morning only to find that there was almost no meat inside any of the food. We got home only to find our order butchered, we asked for shredded chicken got cubed, was missing the cinnibun delights, maybe its just the morning crew but your better off going anywhere else
