horrible I went in it was a cpl cars in the drive-through. And I had seen the sign and all the tik toks etc… about the new chicken nuggets that I didn’t hear about last time they were available! I haven’t been partaking in the fast food for the past year or more but was like hey I’ll give them a try.” If that wasn’t a waste of $16.27, I don’t know what else to call it. Nacho fries sucked heavy grease taste, not hot all! And judging from the 2 nacho fries I actually tried and the visual of the nuggets, I couldn’t even bring myself to trust or try the cantina taco. The problem with most fast food is the employees, If I ran that establishment, it would be time to clean house and get new employees who want to work the same as they get paid. Nobody wants to intake toxic, stale, trifling food. I would love to receive a gift card of some sort from your establishment. I will never ever ever stop by thus location again! Never… lenexa should be ashamed of themselves

The website states this restaurant is open until 2:00 and the “OPEN” sign was lit up, and there were 4 workers in uniform sitting inside in the dining area. We stopped in the parking lot and tried to go in the door to order a meal but one of the workers met us at the door and said the dining area was closed. This was on a Friday night at 11:55.
Taco Bell needs to be considerate of customers and state on this website that the drive thru ONLY is open until 2:00 am , but the inside dining area closes at ???

My husband picked up my order and I have a gluten allergy. The gentleman who helped him made my order himself and took extra care to make me feel safe. This means so much and I hope someone can reward him for going above and beyond.

Practice might help a lot but right now I have decided to quit coming to Taco Bell. No person takes orders here anymore except at the drive through. I find this extremely irritating. Our on line order did not work so I brought the tablet with me to make the order for 6 of us but the tablet no longer had the order when I got here, 57 items I think. So I had to call and get the family to recreate the order and I had to punch it in on the kiosk.
Maybe I will change my mind but at this point it is bye bye Taco Bell.

It took a long long time to put my order together. By the time I got back to the house everything was lukewarm at best. They said they were waiting on empanadas. And my emailed review had items but no numbers of each. I didn’t know it but a printed receipt is available on request so I could check the order. I did not notice that the sauces I entered on the kiosk was not put into the bag. So I got home without any. That was my job like filling the drinks. I don’t know why I messed that up but it added to the disappointment of the mostly cold and soggy food.
Overall, a failed experience. Boooo

I stopped at this taco bell at 1:42 am, I was not greet by an employee and forced to drive to the window to seek help ordering my food. I young boy approached the window and advised that they were closed. Despite the sign in the window that says they close at 2, this boy refused to provide assistance saying they close at what sounds like 1:40 or 1:14. He couldn’t speak to well and we could not understand him. This led to a poor service experience and atmosphere. I was unable to try the food. This is really discouraging for me as a guest in the state and I feel bad for the residents that have to encounter him daily.

Ordered on mobile, gave name at speaker told me to pull to window, get to window and asked to park in a parking spot my small order wasn’t ready yet, the vehicles behind get their orders that look larger before me. Messed up order twice and still didn’t fix it. Had lettuce the first time. No onions, which cost me $0.60. Minimal meat and cheese. Chili cheese burrito had No onion and was not hot at all. Starry was flat and ice machine was broken (which was not disclosed whilst ordering) and was still charged! Pathetic!

Ordered on the app before breakfast was stopped being served and when I arrived to the restaurant they said they could make it. “We physically can’t make it”. I would understand if I didn’t put the order in already and paid for it. Also when we pulled up the car in front of us ordered breakfast after the cut off time too. I just bought a hot Cinnabon Delight coffee, and honestly, it was a huge letdown. First of all, it wasn’t even hot, it was cold. On top of that, they didn’t add any milk. It tasted like they just dumped the Cinnabon flavoring straight into tap water. No effort at all.
