I go here frequently and have to say that most of my experiences have been perfect! Once in a blue moon, the soda you get will have no flavor or a weird flavor, but that’s maybe 1/50 visits, lol. Everyone at the window is always very nice and the food is hot and fresh and ACCURATE.

Easy 5 stars. Service was fantastic, food came out quickly, they got my order with a few swaps & modifications 100% right, the first time. Met Michael, a humble employee, whose conversation and passion for his job was more than enough to guarantee that I will absolutely be coming back, and choosing this Taco Bell location each & every time the Bell comes calling for me!

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a taco bell with this nice a person on the drive through. Asking about someone’s day, plans, etc like they’re a barber or something REALLY hits hard. It’s a conversation rather than a transaction. I absolutely loved this. I don’t know her name, but these are the people that make fast food restaurants high quality. I wish I knew her name. She is super nice and friendly.

Pretty decent Taco Bell that seems to get my order correct and serves fresh food. I have absolutely no problems with the employees at this location. The only reason for 3 stars is because they ask me if I want to round up my total for some (possibly fake) charity and still charge me 80 cents for a side of nacho cheese. Maybe charge me 40 cents for the cheese and donate the other 40 to your charity? Maybe put your money where your mouth is Taco Bell and donate your own money before asking for mine!
-Update- The quality continues to nose dive as the price increases. Here is a recent photo of a Nachos Bellgrande I ordered and it resembles gas station food.

VERY slow service. Yes, it was noon but it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to make a taco. While I was waiting I noticed the ceiling was filthy. And the manager went directly from preparing food to handling cash to preparing food to touching all kinds of other things and back to preparing food. It doesn’t matter if you’re wearing gloves if you touch dirty things with the gloves then touch my food. Gross. Also, my taco shell was stale. Ugh.

I give them a “4” because they employees are always nice, I do try to go in when I can, because drive thru is a bit slow. But one problem, most the taco bell’s have… not just this one, is the nacho fries.. Half the time, they are somewhat full, and I’m happy, but tonight I ordered JUST nacho fires, and NOTHING else.. So when I see my two nacho fries, you would have thought maybe some fell into the bag? Nope, I checked, not 1 fell out, and this is what they look like at least half the time you order nacho fries.. Half full.. 🙁 I heard 1 taco bell, blame it on the tongs,, because they’re not capable of putting them in the box with tongs, and doing it quick enough..

Whoever worked the night shift on 7/16/25 should quit or be fired without a doubt. Absolutely terrible food and service now!!! It appears that the ownership and management has changed. I’m pretty sure all Taco Bell franchises have to adhere to at least a “minimum standard” of food quality and service. All I can say is wow, our food was so super GROSS to say the least. SUPER stale chalupa and taco shells. The meat looked and tasted like dried cold paste. We all literally spit the food out, it was so darn hard to chew!! The only thing that was consistent with our general expectations were the chips and nachos cheese, which is pretty hard to mess up. I called to speak to someone and hadn’t even mention the food or service yetwhen I was hung up on.
