The taco gods have blessed Gardner. I know it’s been here for a while now and I’m just now getting around to leaving a review, but I go here multiple times a week and the service is excellent. I used to regularly go up to Olathe for Taco Bell due to the inconsistent quality of the Taco Bell/KFC on Main but ever since this opened up we have reliable, accurate, and quick Taco Bell at home now. Also, a real Taco Bell that accepts coupons, gift cards, and most importantly app orders, which the TB/KFC location never did. I usually just put in my order for carryout on the way out the door and when I arrive my order is waiting for me on the shelf. Very rarely do I ever have to wait once I get there. My orders are almost always complete and accurate, too, something I can’t say was true for the TB/KFC location.

When we eat in, we enjoy sitting out on the outdoor patio if it’s nice out too. I’m happy they put that outdoor seating in. The location is new, looks great, and is always very clean too!

To the crew working tonight: I hope your pillow is comfortably cold on both sides, your shower water warm, and your phone charger works at every angle. I ordered a lightly grilled quesadilla because it’s been hard for me to eat food recently, and they delivered a very delicious and easy to eat quesadilla, AND (maybe an accident) a few free churros! Thank you for going above and beyond. 😀

I usually love coming to Taco Bell, but the last few months have been terrible. I noticed that it’s usually the night shift, that has been messing up every single order, every time I have been here with my family or by myself. Usually, I cut Young kids some slack, But they seem very careless, and semi-incoherent sometimes. The only thing I get is a chicken quesadilla meal, I’m not sure how that’s complicated but they seem to mess it up every time and give me something completely different that I didn’t even order. They are more interested in yelling and screaming in the kitchen and horsing around than actually doing their job, 9 times out of 10 it’s the night shift. You could repeat your order, It’ll be correct on the screen, they’ll even say it back to you, and still get it wrong.

Beware of mold toxicity in this building. I am recently recovering from mold toxicity due to living in a house for 3 years that had deadly mold that was 23x normal mold levels in the air. Being in this building, I immediately felt drowsy and felt side effects from mold. I looked up and behold, there is water damage. This is a NEW building, there should not be water damage like this. Those ceiling tiles are breeding grounds for deadly neurotoxic mold. I know because my family is suing the seller of a house they bought because they did not disclose that the house was infested with mold at purchase. They also agreed to put a new roof on it and some other things and they lied about them being done at purchase. All this to say, somebody at Taco Bell management needs to repair this and remediate any mold that may have appeared. Our society is too insensitive about mold and forget how big of a deal mold is.

Very friendly staff! If you show up anytime an hour before they close they are “out of” half the menu. Not a good look. I wish they just cooked food until closing or stopped advertising that they are open that late. Otherwise good experience. Very happy they opened in this location! And building looks pretty too 😉

I dunno what was up with the staff tonight, but major kudos. That was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in years. We stopped by on the way home from the hospital, having missed dinner and knowing there was no way we’d have energy to make dinner, and I’m so glad we did. Thanks to the employees who made that fresh, filling meal.

Lady at the driver through with glasses and very short hair, you’re in a Customer Service position. She acted like she hated it there. I say thank you have a nice day and she just closed the window without a word! Maybe don’t have people with poor Customer Service customer facing. Definitely not during lunch or dinner. To top being rude off she forgot to put the sauce in the bag! Maybe just a bad day but pretty rude!! Smh

Took about 30 minutes to get my food and my food wasn’t all what I ordered. I ordered a bean burrito, soft taco with no lettuce, supreme luxe box that came with a drink, cinnamon twists, cheesy fiesta potatoes, and Doritos locos supreme. I got the bean burrito, cinnamon twists, and the potatoes. I did get the box but didn’t look in it until I got home. I was missing the Doritos locos supreme so I had to ask for it. I also had to ask for my cup. As soon as I got home I realized the soft taco with lettuce was instead a soft taco supreme. Inside the box was a Doritos locos supreme instead of the soft taco supreme. So overall after pulling everything out and opening everything that I realized I was actually missing the soft taco with no lettuce.
When you stood at the counter to just talk to someone they ignored you. I seen a couple people look at me but didn’t talk to me.

They have not given us our entire order every single time we’ve gone. Yet they don’t forget to charge us for everything.

They need to start making sure the food is in the bag or stop charging people for food they don’t give.
