The so called new manager thinks that by reducing the food quantity its going to turn this nasty place around . I just order3d a cantina chicken bowl with Xtra meat and I got a tray halfway full with supposedly 3 scoops of chicken. I had dealt with waiting over 10 minutes because their employees retaliated for not ordering from self-service screen alos dealt with nasty employees attitude, I dint even said a word I just left the food on their drink table . Its not worth the headache asking for my money bavk they will try to bribe me with a free taco. Please if you ha e more time just go somewhere else this place in Desoto Kansas is not worth it or good food for that matter.

Was told to this was appropriate serving size and berated in front of other customers, saying there was too many people in line for a remake; after I had already waited for 20 min. Taco bell at its lowest again…update 12/14/24 This place is consistently gross from raw food to missing items. The only thing they serve on a regular basis is food poisoning. Go anywhere else….update 1.25.25. Raw chicken in chicken dippers and no lettuce in tacos. Excuse was that the new manager didn’t speak English…she should know how to make a taco at least and not serve RAW Chicken…

Update on 1/6/24, still suck… I was hungry and didn’t feel like going far. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos, there was hardly any beef or cheese on it, it was all lettuce. I will not give you a third chance….

Order a number 9 ask for sour cream to be add to Mexican pizza and like always i check because it’s a add on there was no sour cream told to guy to add it he said it was on there im not blind there was clearly nothing white on top after a lil back and forth he finally add some so first problem corrected but boy when I got to my apartment the chalupa was hard as a brick so hard I couldn’t even eat it this my second time at this location and neither was great I will not be dining at this location ever again tell it say under new magenment on the sign and the picture is what he add after I said there was not any sour cream on there

Update(11/11/2024): tried again, still terrible, missing things that should have been done and things that should have been removed weren’t. Photo I added was “Extra” cheese for the cheesy potatoes. Ngl should have gone to 135/Santa Fe or Taco John’s.
They screwed up my order for the 3rd and final time. Who ever answered the phone tried to pin it on trainees when it’s managements fault for not doing their jobs and assuring they are doing it correctly. They kept shorting me my items I made on online orders and no amount of vouchers will make up for it. I’ll go back to driving to Ridgeview and 135th/SantaFe Taco Bell. Most accurate one I’ve eaten at for the last 2 years.

The past two times I visited this Taco Bell the staff has been so friendly and polite. When they accidentally forgot to bring out chips with my order they very apologetic (even though they didn’t need to be) and gave me some cinnamon twists along with the chips.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The staff seems totally incompetent. Tried to put in an online order at 8:30p and it tells you it’s too close to closing time?
When you get here Inside, the touch screen is either extremely over sensitive or not sensitive at all.
Chips and Nacho cheese, The inside of the cheese container looks like somebody PAINTED the cheese on it with a brush! That’s how thin the coating is. When you complain they belittle you and tell you that you only get two pumps. When the pump is broken, they’re too dense to even recognize it! They encourage you to pay $1.75 for another EMPTY cheese cup.
I try to NEVER go to this Taco Bell but, unfortunately, it’s right next to Panasonic.
If you happen to have the time, you are much better off going to the Mexican restaurant across the street.
