There’s not many places left which make me want to leave a good review any more. Especially in the fast food sector. But the Willard location sets the standard for how things should be done.
I ordered through the drive thru and didn’t have to wait and the lady wasn’t rude. When I pulled to the window they were waiting on me instead of me waiting for them. The young man at the window was about as pleasant as I’ve dealt with in a long time.

Amazing service through the drive thru. Polite and efficient employees. They even took time to remake my fountain drink because they thought it looked strange. Turns out the syrup was running out. Very thankful they caught that before I left! Food was well prepared.

The workers are almost always friendly here, my problem is the food… I ordered a cheez it tostada and will never get another one! I did not expect to open the box and see a very flat cheez it with a small roll of what looks like someone…. well, took a dump on it lol…. it was also all cold, the meat was a little warm, but not hot at all. I also don’t know how people even pick theirs up because mine just fell apart and crumbled, cannot even roll it, and all this for almost $4.50, for just one? I miss the Beefy Melt burritos! Bring those back instead, because this cheez it tostada food is plain garbage.

I go through the drive through for lunch a lot and the food is always affordable, hot, good, and prepared the way I like it. I only get a 30 minute lunch break and they keep the drive through moving fast which is great
