Absolutely terrible service. I ordered one of the new chicken burritos with the avocado ranch, and was excited to eat it, but when I bit into it i almost chipped a tooth on these burnt, rock hard chicken strips that they put in my burrito. I work in the restaurant industry and have never seen this level of disrespect to a customer. That cook knew damn well the chicken was burnt, but they gave it to me anyway. It infuriates me to no end that this location still hasn’t removed and or replaced the careless staff that work here. I hope that taco bell corporate sends an agent down to get this store in order. Do your job right or go work somewhere that isn’t a restaurant. 10/10 DO NOT EAT HERE.
The manager also hung up on me after i reiterated to her that it’s important she tells the chef that it’s not okay to be doing that. She didn’t care just said come back for a free one tomorrow. It’s not about free food it’s about the principle.

This location has gone down hill tremendously the last few months. Last 2 times I have gotten sick from it, which I wrote off to frying the new taco salad bowls in old oil (which was evident from the horrible taste of the shells). Finally tried it again sticking strictly to tacos, but when you order a supreme taco I guess you have to specify you want the sour cream inside the taco. Both tacos were 2/2 so it was clearly deliberate as there was no sour cream inside.

New kiosk system is terrible, its not easy to use and glitchy. Bring back people at a register. The process took nearly 5 mins to order my food and the system didnt print my recipt only forcing me to provide email or phone number. The staff forgot to give me my sauce and drink as well. Will not be going to taco bell again until this is fixxed.

We aren’t from here, so we stopped by. Everyone’s was nice besides this one girl. She was glaring at us the whole time. After we got our food my quesadilla wasn’t cut, so we asked her to cut it for us. She took it and when she was putting her gloves on, she answered her phone. She was holding her phone with her gloves and cutting my quesadilla. It was just so gross. She didn’t even say sorry for not cutting in the first place. Also continue to glare/stare us down, until we left.

Food was great, had a regular beef taco and a chicken burrito that I’d never tried before. They were both great! My concern was the kiosks. I asked a customer, waiting for his order, how to place an order, and pay with cash. He was able to get the attention of a team member to help me. She came from behind the counter and began pushing options on the kiosk display. She was hurried and I felt lost. I might have ordered differently, or chosen an add-on, like guacamole, but she chose for me. It was a weird experience. I figure that this is a way to be more efficient, or eliminate jobs and errors. Menu and options were vast and a bit overwhelming. Prices were fair. I would rather have simply placed an order with the employee. Too impersonal. The place was clean and I did leave “happy-ish”.

Multiple times I have Ordered from this particular taco bell thinking that I would get a different product. But every time that I eat here i’m highly unsatisfied. The food is served half of the time cold or uncooked. If you get a cheese roll up here, it definitely won’t be melted.It’s just gonna look like they put the cheese in there stuck it underneath the cooker for fifteen seconds and pulled it out. The staff that work there are very rude and will not help you if you have an issue with your order. This is by far worst taco bell in saint robert probably in the state of missouri.

no I don’t wanna hear it that this isn’t Mexican food. You don’t go here to have Mexican food, you go here to have food made fast with a hint of Mexican flavor. We found the store to be particularly clean and the staff was very friendly. The young girl noticed we were having difficulty ordering from our app she came over and asked if she could help. We wanted to get a rice bowl but it says chicken rice bowl and on the app I couldn’t make out if they offered any other proteins. She looked at our app and couldn’t make it work either but on the kiosk it was much more simpler. The frustrating part that is when you hit check out it still shows up as a chicken bowl with added protein of meat. That seems like an easy fix. Why not just call it a Mexican rice bowl and let the Customer figure out the protein or no protein. Anyway, I found the need to be Surprisingly tender although it did seem like my wife got more meat in her bowl and I did. It’s still a good value and it filled us both up. This one in Saint Roberts is much better than the one down the street in Waynesville.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it literally had two pieces of chicken and was basically a folded tortilla with nothing. Not even cheese literally chicken and sauce. They didn’t even cut it like why are you really that lazy? If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. Do not order from these lazy teenagers
