Now I don’t wanna hear it that this isn’t Mexican food. You don’t go here to have Mexican food, you go here to have food made fast with a hint of Mexican flavor. We found the store to be particularly clean and the staff was very friendly. The young girl noticed we were having difficulty ordering from our app she came over and asked if she could help. We wanted to get a rice bowl but it says chicken rice bowl and on the app I couldn’t make out if they offered any other proteins. She looked at our app and couldn’t make it work either but on the kiosk it was much more simpler. The frustrating part that is when you hit check out it still shows up as a chicken bowl with added protein of meat. That seems like an easy fix. Why not just call it a Mexican rice bowl and let the Customer figure out the protein or no protein. Anyway, I found the need to be Surprisingly tender although it did seem like my wife got more meat in her bowl and I did. It’s still a good value and it filled us both up. This one in Saint Roberts is much better than the one down the street in Waynesville.

We stopped a little before 9 pm (store hours show closed at 10 pm) because the 10 basketball girls on the bus wanted Taco Bell after a great win. As we approached the door the Taco Bell employees working locked us out. I’ve never had a restaurant do this before. Most of restaurants are very nice and take really good care of our players.

They wanted us to order on the kiosk, but we wanted to pay with cash, so after I finished the order on the kiosk, we had to reorder it at the counter. They didn’t get our order right, and neither of the employees that helped us could be bothered to look us in the face, much less smile. The only redeeming moment was that 2 other employees were out in the lobby were friendly.

The people at this Taco Bell are always rude, and my orders are messed up more often than not. On top of this, the employees frequently leave out items and never tell you, so you end up paying for stuff you never even get. Afterwards, if you decide to go back through the drive through in hopes of them fixing it, they just act extremely rude or won’t even say anything. The toppings on the food items are extremely skimpy as well. For example, the Cantina Chicken Soft Taco is one of my favorite items to order. I hardly ever get more than a single shred of the cabbage, and the other toppings are often meager portions as well. Included is a picture of said tacos, and this is a day when they’ve been more generous with the toppings.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. I live in waynesville and I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I order my food I order with no sour cream or tomatoes and every time it has one or the other or both. This time I had the guy read the order back to me. I corrected him and he assured me it doesn’t come with sour cream or tomatoes. I knew he was wrong asked if he was sure he said he was. I get home and bam sour cream. Tried to call them no answer.

This Taco Bell is consistent, that’s basically a miracle. It’s always hot, accurate, and fast. Service is overall great, and this location is especially supportive of military families, which I appreciate more than they probably realize.
Sure, you’ll occasionally hit the jackpot and catch an employee with a bad attitude, but management here doesn’t let that linger. They’re good at weeding those out quickly.
At the end of the day, you can walk in and get a drink, a taco, a burrito, and dessert for five bucks. It’s not the Ritz, and it’s not trying to be. It’s reliable, it’s friendly enough, clean and it gets the job done. Perfect.

We ordered a 5 Layer Beef Burito and when i got home to start eating it… well see for yourself. ABSOLUTELY WORSE SERVICE EVER! All it is, is just a soft taco wrapped up like a burrito. The soft taco had barely had any meat on it. I ended up throwing the whole dinner away. NEVER going back to this taco bell. Oh, to top it all off, they also told us that they had no sour cream and that they had ran out.
