First three pictures are from 11/23.
Rest are from 7/20. Did a mobile order and went to pick up, gave me an option to wait 25 minutes for beef or cancel my order. During that time, all of the workers were outside smoking, and then this was the quality of my food. Beefy five layer was supposed to have rice, and no beans and tacos were supposed to be supreme. All of which were additional costs.

My husband called and let the manager know our order was wrong, they proceeded to tell him, the customers are always wrong and maybe we can learn from our mistakes. I have worked in customer service for years and that is absolutely not how you handle any customer complaints, or concerns. I will not be going back to this Taco Bell as the service itself wasn’t great, and to get told that is terrible. The Taco Bell on the other side of town, is never like that. Will be going there from here on out.

They need to change the fryer oil, pizza shells taste funky. Other than that food was good, just couldn’t eat my pizza. I used to work at Taco Bell so I’m familiar with the taste.

Going back to Taco Bell was a dumb idea. I got the Nachos BellGrande and asked for more beef, but it was a total rip-off.
It cost me almost $14, and I could see the bottom of the bowl right away. There were barely any chips, and they definitely didn’t give me any extra toppings.
Taco Bell always lets me down. The food is trash for how much they charge. I’m done. Never again.

We ordered went to window she took our payment closed the window and with no instructions and turned her back to us. We waited for awhile then our order was thrown into our car. The window was closed. Our order was not what we ordered at all. It all was cold too.

We ordered 12 crunchy tacos substitute the beef for chicken due to a food allergy and they gave us almost nothing for chicken. And gave us a salad. Worst order ever.

I would not recommend this taco bell location in particular. We have been repeatedly dissapointed with the food we recieve nearly every time we visit this location in Sedalia. My husband, upon noticing our meal was made incorrectly was ignored when he drove back to taco bell to ask for the issue to be corrected. When he was ignored we then proceeded to try to call repeatedly to have the issue resolved, even though we tried calling several times at different times of night all of our calls were ignored. Our cheese tubs were partially filled, our quesadillas only had a handful of filling sloshed onto one small portion of the tortilla, and our nacho bell grande had next to nothing on top of it. Very dissapointed in the quality of food as well as the service at this location. I would recommend visiting the Marshall location instead.
