DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH FROM THIS TACOBELL. I am constantly waiting upward of 20 minutes for doordash orders picking up from this location. Even customers in the lobby are waiting forever to even get there order taken because they only have kiosks to order from and the employees will full on ignore you until you raise your voice at them. They prioritize drivethough over everyone else. I’m sure they are timed like mc Donald’s is. They think it is hilarious when doordashers have to unassign orders because the pay is no longer worth the wait.

Was so excited for this BRAND NEW Taco Bell. But man did it totally kill my excitement. This place is an absolute joke. I DO NOT work here so I should not be forced to ring up my own order, people in drive thru get there order taken so why shouldn’t the people inside be afforded the same result. Staff is anything but useful, when asked a question about the kiosk or food, they look at you like you have mayonnaise running out of your nose. With no one helping you at the counter you think the lobby would be amazing, we’ll by the pictures you can tell how that goes. My son and I love Taco Bell but that’s the last time we visit this disappoint. Help your customers, don’t make them work for you. Stick with the older Taco Bell on south limit you’ll be far ahead and more thankful you did.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding my experience at Taco Bell , January 18, 2026. After placing my order, I was forced to wait over 45 minutes in the lobby for my food.
While waiting, the environment was incredibly unprofessional. I clearly overheard the manager of the store Tina ( i asked an employee what her name was)and a line cook complaining loudly about the workload, specifically asking, “Why don’t people eat at home anymore?” To make matters worse, the manager was physically growling at customers who attempted to ask about their wait times or place new orders. This level of hostility and lack of basic customer service is completely unacceptable. I won’t be back!

First time here today went thru drive thru around 1230pm ordered food and it was horrible!! I got the 9 dollar box little tiny scoop of steak in burrito rest was nothing but cheese in plus was so soggy and my hard taco shells were stale as he’ll !!! .. onky thing good in it was my twists .Will not be going back again !

Just got a Dorito Taco that must have been DAYS old!
My friend ordered me 2 Doritos Locos Tacos. Only one of the two had any feeling of residual heat from cooking. I’m honestly not surprised to get a room temperature taco from this location. But upon eating one of them I felt immediately that something was horribly wrong.
I dont claim to be the neatest person, during college I would leave leftover tacos on my desk to finish in the morning.
The one I recieved had to have been left for significantly longer.
And the last time we went, my friend found a piece of hard plastic in his burrito. He felt a shard crunch in his mouth and was lucky to not have swallowed it or smaller pieces, or chipped his one of his molars.
I will update this review accordingly.

My husband and I arrived at 6:37 p.m. The lobby was empty except for one other couple that was ordering. We placed our order and had to ask for our cups. We waited for quite a long time to get our food. Several other people came in to order as well. In the meantime several Door Dash people came in and picked up their orders and left. We did not receive our order until 7:02 p.m. It seemed like the priority was making food for drive through customers and online orders.
While our food did taste good some of it was made sloppily. For the amount of time we waited we could have went and had a sit-down dinner at a local family-owned Mexican restaurant and spent just a little bit more money. Not once did anyone apologize for our wait time. We had hoped with this being a newer Taco Bell in town that the service would be better than the other Taco Bell. Unfortunately this is not the case.
