This is the second time my online order was not ready, even though the app said it was recieved. The store seems extremely understaffed. I understand we all have bad days. I know everyone is understaffed now, but this is ridiculous. It took over a half hour for me to get my food through the drive through.

Food came out hot and very fresh. The dinning area was a bit on the messy side. When I arrived there were three large trash bags just sitting by the front door. As a customer I did not find this all that appealing. Staff were polite. The kitchen area was need of cleaning but the food prep area seemed to be in order.

Horrible customer service. Whats the point of ordering online if theyre just going to get your order wrong then you gotta wait around for 10 minutes for any of the workers to even acknowledge you.

Worst Taco Bell food experience. When you order a bowl, you should not be able to see half of the bottom of the tray. Where is the ingredients I paid for? 5.99 for a couple bites of sauce is all I got. Secondly, all the tacos ordered were stale and cracked. The meat looked like dried out alpo dog food. Within 10 min of eating one taco, I was in the bathroom throwing up. This food at this location is disgusting!! Needless to say I would drive an extra 20 min to Macon Taco Bell rather than ever visiting this establishment again. Beware people , this food will make you sick immediately!! If I could offer a 0 star, I would!

Went here with my husband today before he had to go to work. The young girl at the window stated they were out of chicken after we paid for meals with chicken. Out of Mild sauce. We asked for a manager and there was mild sauce out front. Pure laziness. Then the manger (woman) had an attitude as we were upset. My husband talked to her primarily in which she got hateful with him. I spoke up and in the middle of me saying something she shut the drive through window. I called and talked to a male manager who offered a partial refund and apologized for their behavior. The female manager needs a course on customer service along with the young female. Before we drove off both the female manager and young cashier proceeds to talk crap about us complaining. To each their own. But don’t shut a door on someone who is upset. Yall screwed up and made excuses for it. Food wasn’t that great. The male manager is the real MVP.

I am so frustrated right now because I went to Taco Bell hoping to get the $5 Nacho Box that is huge and perfect for me and my kids and they were completely out and I can’t believe it because I was really hungry and planning on eating it and now I’m starving and it’s not just that though, the line took forever even though there weren’t that many people but the employees seemed busy and I understand they can’t control everything but I just don’t get how you can run out of the one thing I came for and on top of that the roads were still icy from the snow because Moberly never clears the streets properly and I had to drive really slowly and carefully just to get there safely and by the time I got in and saw they were out of the Nacho Box I was already tired and frustrated and my kids were getting restless and it just felt like everything went wrong at once and I really hope they restock soon because it’s the only thing I wanted and I was looking forward to it all day and it’s so disappointing and I just can’t understand how this keeps happening and I hope someone listens because it really made me mad and now I have to figure out what to eat instead and I’m still hungry and annoyed and driving in snow on bad roads didn’t help at all and I just wanted my giant Nacho Box and instead I got nothing and I’m so frustrated and I don’t even know what else to say except I hope Taco Bell fixes this and the city fixes the roads because it’s all connected and it’s just too much sometimes.

The food is ok, not healthy of course. What fast food is. Pricing is pretty reasonable for a fast food place. That all said the problem is the location and service. There’s almost always dirty tables, floors, etc. Some of the staff don’t treat each other well. I shouldn’t hear then insulting new or long term staff. They also seem to be out of things frequently. I can place an order and pay for it. 5 minutes later there’s a call from the counter that actually they’re out of potatoes, lettuce, etc. They’re fine with changing the order. I would rather they just had an indicator of what they’re out of at the order kiosk.

Rude manager. You pay for food they don’t put in your bag. All you get is attitude when you ask for them to make it right.
