Definitely the best run Taco Bell of the six in Columbia! I’ve been to all of them. The staff here is super nice, the restaurant is very clean, and the clientele are pleasant. They really do an excellent job making the food and it’s a very enjoyable and thrifty place to get a great meal. Don’t get the negative reviews at all, I eat here at least once a week and it’s consistently terrific.

This goes out to the girl running the drive-through window on 12/8/25. This was one of the worst drive-through experiences I’ve ever had. The employee at the window didn’t say a single word—not a greeting, not the total, nothing. They just stared, grabbed my card, and handed the food over without acknowledging me at all. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. If your staff can’t manage even basic customer interaction, something is seriously wrong. I expect better from Taco Bell, and this location needs to address its customer service issues immediately.

I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes during lunch be cause there is no way to disengage from the line. This location is the worst about it, but fast food is no longer fast or affordable. It has started to become a rather miserable experience.

Stopped by just to get lava sauce while in the area. Very courteous cashier! Very clean inside. All utensils, napkins, and sauces were full so you didn’t have to ask for any like most locations. Special order was made perfect!

So I love Taco Bell like most but this is a reoccurring instance at this one. I’ve gone there multiple times to get a steak quesadilla and it’s always wrong. There no meat, or there’s no cheese, or no sauce. Half the time it’s not even cut. I don’t recommend this location if you’re wanting reasonable effort put into your food. This is what I got tonight and it wasn’t even cut.

Their Nacho Fries are back and they are SO yummy; seasoned fries served with a side of their nacho cheese sauce. I wish they would add them to the menu permanently.
I heard that they are bringing back the mexican pizza as well. It is another favorite menu item of mine.
This Taco Bell is always fresh and seems to be the only one consistently open around here the past few months. Good customer service in my experiences. I ordered a five layer burrito. Yummy. Can never go wrong with one of those.

I have attempted to visit this establishment twice in the last 2 days, but it has been closed. No notice on the door, did something happen? Same goes with the Taco Bell location on East stadium boulevard.
