Yall my family spent 88.00 and when I tell you it was the worst order I have ever received. Stale oil tasting chips, stale tortillas ,limp fries gross hard chicken nuggets. Even my nostalgic Mexican pizza was served on stale tostadas , yall need to change your fryer oil , put 3min into preparation of the food. Maybe consider someone you care about eating the food. All of this order straight to the trash waste of money.. increasing their price but not the quality

Overcharged foods, surcharge over other taco bells. The flavor was good. The value was horrible, $8 for for two tiny tacos they refer to as street taco size. The atmosphere was terribly dark, the furnace was horribly loud and the air was musty. The radio from the kitchen was playing Spanish language music louder than the elevator music in the dining area.

The people at the drive through window were not polite at all, very rude. I asked a question and was ignored. Second when I told them I wa missing two sides of creamy jalapeño and she tells one of the cooks the cook says in a very rude manner “ITS IN THE BAG!” and I held up my bag and took everything out just to show them it wasn’t in there. Third when I politely remind them I need two sides because that’s what I ordered and paid for lady at the window gives me a dirty look and doesn’t say anything not even “ok” . The lady at the window looks and acts like she hates her job and if you hate it sooo much then don’t work there it’s not the people who come through the drive through fault that you hate your job. Don’t be rude the crap is ridiculous now a days how rude drive through people are.

The staff was nice, they seemed to have their hands full, didn’t seem fully staffed or trained and I think they should pay those people in there better because this used to be the best taco bell and it’s not anymore. I blame the people responsible for paying the employees and staffing the building properly. I saw a manager. She was trying her hardest to keep everything running smoothly, I don’t blame her. But whoever is actually in charge there needs to be more attentive and involved.

Ordered food from their kiosk, waited almost an hour and no food. Four other customers were also upset over waiting a long period of time. I told one of the employees to get the manager that I wanted a refund, she wouldn’t even come out of her office. Finally an employee who just walked in went to the register and gave me a refund. I never received our food. Their kitchen was a mess, papers and food all over the floor. Tables weren’t cleaned and all employees seemed to care less about customers and their needs. The useless manager and every employee should be fire. The drive thru had cars lined up around the building. I’d like to know why this franchise owner is allowing this cesspool to stay open. Don’t waste your time going to this mess, there are better places in Jeff City to eat.

My wife and I are TB fanatics and go every Friday and try different ones around the globe! This location has made our top 5 in taste, quality, and friendliness!!!
Beans were super fresh, Gordita was insanely good and consistent all the way down, and the team was just a delight on the speaker and the window.

Came here around 10pm. Had some time at work so I decided to get food. This location used to be great but these kids do not care one bit. Waited at the window while a bunch of them just ran their mouths to each other taking turns looking at me. Finally got my order and 3 items were missing. By that time I didn’t care and I had to get back to work. I’ll just get Pizza Hut from now on. At least their employees act like they give a crap and give you what you pay for. If zero stars was an option I’d give it. I’ll never be back here.

Be sure to check your food if you go through the drive-thru. The food we got wasn’t all that we asked for. Rice in chicken enchilada burrito wasn’t cooked all the way, which was crunchy, and sauce tasted burnt. Also, to anyone that orders anything with a soft taco shell, at this location, make sure to remind them to warm up your shell or else it will rip/tare and filling will fall out everywhere.
