This place is consistently bad, I’ve been scammed countless times, either because they forgot something in the orders or swapped items with something else, it’s almost never correct. One time we ordered two whole meals which we were told they were unable to make and they refused to refund the order at the window and we never got our refund through customer service.

We arrived when the restaurant was pretty dead, no other customers active. We ordered through the kiosk and things seemed to be alright. We got our order and left. When we got home, we discovered that they’d left the cheese sauce off the chips and cheese (which is the point). We drove all the way back to get some, and had to ask to get a new meal.

Went for my lunch break today (8-2-22 1100) and ordered food to pay with cash for a $21 order. Waited 17 minutes to complain my order still hasn’t been called. Staff told me it was being made. 3min later another employee took money for the order. By the time 30 minutes had gone by I was late on my lunch break. I asked for a refund. Manager told me he would refund me then proceeded to start making another order. I waited 5 minutes for the refund as he made quesadillas. Then instead of refunding me correctly he “rounded me up a dollar” for my troubles. So In short an employee knowingly lied to my face the the manager decided to snidely insult me.
