As someone who cares deeply about public health and food safety, this location is alarming.
This Taco Bell has now served me spoiled food on multiple occasions, which indicates a systemic failure in basic food-handling standards. Tonight was the last straw. I was handed a bag at the drive-through, told “everything is in there,” and the employee immediately turned and walked away—eliminating any chance to inspect the order or address issues on the spot.
After driving 10 minutes home, I discovered that the lettuce was soggy, spoiled, and bitter, with a smell and taste consistent with improperly stored produce. It was completely inedible. I had to drive another 10 minutes back, having already lost my appetite, after paying over $12 for food that should never have been served.
When I returned, there was no apology. The original drive-through employee did not reappear. A cook remade the food—this time simply omitting the spoiled ingredients rather than addressing why they were used in the first place. To make matters worse, I was refused a drink refill, despite receiving the wrong drink flavor initially.
The entire interaction was recorded. What’s most concerning is that this does not appear to be an isolated incident—this location has a pattern of serving substandard, improperly handled food and then avoiding accountability.
this level of negligence is unacceptable. At minimum, management needs to be replaced. Realistically, this location warrants health department scrutiny, fines, or closure until it can demonstrate compliance with basic food safety and customer service standards.
Serving spoiled food is not an inconvenience. It is a public health failure.

Oh the replacement food made me sick, go figure.

One of the worst places ever. Don’t go here. Got food a month ago they messed up the order, were rude when we called and tried to have it fixed. Ordered last night they were extremely rude. Food was awful and tiny. definitely NOT worth the money. Just do yourself a favor and dont visit this location.

My husband went and got us dinner tonight and when he got home the order was incorrect. We called and they told us we could bring it back so he did. He gets up there and the boy behind the counter started berating my husband for the order being wrong telling him that it was our responsibility to make sure the food was fixed correctly and then when he went to give it to my husband threw the bag at him. Now I understand double checking your order but isn’t it their responsibility to make sure the order is done correctly the first time so you don’t have to come back to have it fixed. The young man needs to learn customer service if he’s gonna work with customers.

Normally happy with TB but I did an add sour cream to my taco salad and it was a pea size amount it was .95 so I asked for more and they said I would have to pay again then I said how much is a cup of sour cream she said .95 which is about 10 Xs more than I got they refused to budge so yeah … booo TB

This cost 4$!’ N it doesn’t have what I ordered on it. Steak taco supreme. I’m officially done with this Taco Bell location! They mess my order up 90 percent of the time. Today was the last. 13$ for 3 unfinished tacos.order total was 12 n some cents. Took everything back and they only gave me 8 n some cents back. At this point I’m beyond upset because you can’t go inside so you have to wait in line. Never again will I ever eat at this place. How about train your people to read orders right and when someone brings back messed up food they paid for them look in that bag or go get better training as a manager

The worst taco bell. No smile, no hello, just evey employee staring, but help. All I needed was help with the menu machine. I can’t even get help. The general parking is blocked by drive through.

I made a post a year ago that wasn’t the nicest but it was true. However, I deleted it on account of an employee. The food was still gross. I got one of those avocado ranch burritos. The chicken in it was almost black. There is no way I’d serve that to a customer. However…. after a long night at my security job it is really nice to have someone help me that is always smiling at me and using my name when they speak to me. I wish I knew her name but she works really late at night and has her hair bleached. I have a pet peeve that I get very upset if I don’t get my sauce packets which has been very consistent lately with the exception of her. She also makes sure I have enough. I know she did not make my food because I could see her. Despite how nasty my burrito was I’ll still go to Taco Bell after work because it’s the only thing open and I like my Taco Bell girl. Thanks!!!

The food was OK. The service for our group of six was terrible. They gave us all the food but nothing was marked appropriately. We were forced to unwrap each item and even then we weren’t sure what we had in front of us. And on top of that they failed to give us one of our burritos.

Somehow, despite Taco Bell‘s entire menu consisting of nacho cheese, they were out of nacho cheese with no possible way of remedying the situation for a minimum of half an hour. This is a common occurrence where they are out of a primary menu item for an extended period of time.
