First off..your customers are always watching and paying attention… Health dept has been called. Watched a lady come back from trash with a trash can. Put on gloves and made food. No had washing. The STORE MANAGER was making food with nasty gloves came to register and rang stuff up with the gloves on then went back to making food. A girl did come from bathroom then went to handwashing station and washed hands for the appropriate amount of time. Gave date and time to health department so they can review the video but i would assume one of three employees will have a job after this. Its so gross inside and not sanitary at all. Sad its likes this in this small town.

Absolutely disgusting. Filth all over the tables in the floor. All the trash cans were full including the bathrooms. I did not take pictures of the bathroom just because I didn’t want to get in trouble. There’s Gunk and hair on the fountain dispenser. It looked like a bunch of addicts assembled the team of avengers to build a taco in the back. I’m going to be sending all this to corporate for sure and the health department

Consistently disappointing. I really need to quit giving these people my business. It’s clear they don’t care or are incapable of caring. The orders have been wrong. Cannot get the right size drinks. Flat out gave my son the wrong drink. Order one thing and it’s either made wrong or missing something.
Granted what you get is okay. But if it’s not what you ordered, what’s the point.
Oh! and it’s slow. It takes longer than fast food should. Go to a sit down restaurant if you actually want to wait for something.

Taco Bell is, if anything, “dependably consistent”. We ordered a steak chalupa and a double beef taco. Both were as anticipated… hot and tasty. The trip consisted of a quick mobile order from the parking lot; then a dash inside to retrieve my prepaid meal from a shelf filled with other orders that were strategically placed so their prospective owners’ names, in large bold print, could be seen clearly. Very efficient. A well-known quantity!

Dirty and the workers were not very helpful and was hanging out in the kitchen talking loud to each other and didn’t know we had ordered some food and sodas. The bathroom was nasty with toilet paper on the floor and the stool was very nasty.

During my recent visit, I encountered some challenges with the professionalism of the staff. One crew member, Tatiana, displayed behaviors that I found to be quite rude and unprofessional, as she consistently interrupted the employee assisting me. Additionally, during a previous visit, I was surprised to overhear two workers engaging in what sounded like meowing while I was placing my order, which was quite distracting.
On a positive note, I would like to commend Ali, the individual who took my order. She was exceptionally kind and considerate, asking about my day and providing excellent service.
I believe that enhancements could be made to the overall professionalism of the work environment to better serve customers.

Waited an hour for a delivery that never showed up, tried to call and only got hung up on, and then it said it couldn’t cancel my order because the request had already been processed.

It was my husband and my first time at this Taco Bell on a Sunday afternoon at about 3 p.m., and there were no other customers inside the building. It was a very disappointing experience. When we walked in, there were no employees up front (they were all in the back, working), but no greeting, whatsoever. We are unaccustomed to ordering off of the kiosk. There were no menus displayed at all anywhere, inside the building, and we were unsure of what we wanted to order. We tried to “work” the kiosk, trying 3 or 4 times, and it wouldn’t allow us to order. And no one asked if we needed help ordering. It is the last time we’ll come in to this Taco Bell. We went down the road 10 minutes and ate at one of the Taco Bells in Columbia.
