Typically when someone places an order online it’s because they are working or doing something that puts them in a time crunch in return making ordering online faster and easier. With that being said I placed an order online whereas I did receive the correct food and it was semi hot…I didn’t get any sauce (even though it was on the order), I didn’t get any napkins or any silverware. Yes my job has paper towels (luckily) but we don’t keep utensils on hand. Very frustrating especially when the restaurant was NOT busy at the time of my arrival. Small things like this matter to working people like myself.

The taco was great though I used a spoon to eat it out of the cardboard that it was served in. The Burrito Supreme tasted good but it seems to me that it could have less wrap on one end. I was great as I came in and to me that makes all the deference. Thanks

I got very sick from eating there on 8/30/23 I had the new Dipping taco cravers box ! Within 15 minutes of eating, i left with stomach cramps and went home and was sick the rest of the day . Vomiting and ill spare the details but food poisoning is not fun! Taco Bell was all i had to eat that day. Food poisoning is no fun !!! You have been warned!!!

The food was good. But my order was incomplete. I ordered pizza combo and chalupa combo. I got everything but my chalupas. Too late at night to make a 6 mile trip back. They have my name on a list. I just wish they could have gotten right the first time.

The last two times I have gone here the speed of service was absolutely horrible, sitting in drive thru line more than 15 minutes just to place my order. Then another 10 minutes to receive my food. That’s a ridiculous amount of wait time for a drive thru. I will no longer be visiting this location, I suggest if you’re in a hurry just to go somewhere else to get your food.

Whoever was running the window this morning was awful. When I ordered I asked for extra sauce. I got none, so I sat at the window and waited but the man had walked away and didn’t come back. So I went in and got the sauce myself even though I was on my lunch break. The man running the window watched me grab this and did not say a word. I cannot tell you how many times this has happened at this location. Ridiculous no customer service skills.

Went through the drive thru on my way home. Asked for my two items minus cheese, they were loaded with cheese. The black bean chalupa wasn’t fried so it tasted like dry bread. I ended up eating the chicken and some lettuce from my taco and throwing the rest of the chalupa away after a bite.
