This Taco Bell usually gets my order right, and the food is typically warm and fresh. The employees are generally friendly, which makes for a decent experience. The only downside is that the drive-thru wait can get pretty long at night, so be prepared if you’re stopping by during late hours. Overall, a reliable spot for a quick bite.

I go to Taco Bell a bit more frequently than one person probably should, and every time the customer service in food is always good. Other fast food places sometimes have different tastes for the same product but Taco Bell’s items on their menu always seem to taste the same. Apart from the food tasting great Taco Bell specifically I find the customer service to be pretty good. There is one specific worker by the name Val who is always super sweet to me and I always honestly just enjoy going there because of those nice interactions. Pretty epic :3!

Put in an order online. Said order would be ready at 2:17. Was at the restaurant by 2:15. Got a notification that our food was ready at 2:42. Waited another 5 minutes for it to be brought out. My items were cold as if they were made first and then sat aside and then they made the rest later. All of this while all of the staff including what appeared to be their lead manager or staff were dancing and carrying on in the back. I’m all for a fun work environment but it sure didn’t seem like anyone was concerned about any of the issues they were having.

Went through the drive thru and the order taker seemed to be having a bad day. Im sure tomorrow will be better. Food was great and the new value menu is helpful on the wallet.

It’s absolutely horrible. I got a box full of shells, literally photos to back it for 3 meals and 40+ dollars , never stopping there again ever !! Purchased at North Belt Saint Joseph, @ 5:15 12/30/24 and half the staff was standing around.

chulpa shell was hard is broke in half there was no beef on my chulpa my chips are all broken in pieces hardly any chesse in the cup and the chesse was cold i also order the chipotle ranch grilled burrito with chipotle sauce and they still put it on there anyways. and my beefy 5 layer had more beans then meat and chesse and they left out the sour cream
