They never get my order correct, even when it’s just a menu item that has 0 modifications made to it, they’ve left out paid for items multiple times, they don’t acknowledge customers who come into the store and I doubt this store will ever change.
Ordered the dipping burritos just to get basically cheesy roll ups, not even two, just one barely filled tortilla made to look like two “burritos”, they were supposed to be steak ultimately they pretty much had no filling, barely any steak, barely any cheese, just the most amount of tortilla and whatever the sauce on the burrito is.
Always double check if you order cheese sauce, this location forgets it every time, especially when its an extra paid for item.
This location is good when they do it right, but over the past few months they don’t do anything correctly anymore, it got worse after we called the store to say hey you keep forgetting the cheese sauce in my order or this was done incorrectly. Now days with the cost of everything it’s not worth paying for something that wont be done correctly so I’d advise go to a better location than this one.

The kiosk is supposed to make ordering easier and it does, however, since there’s never anyone at the counter, you never get help if you need it. After we ate, I went to the counter to ask for a bag, and was standing behind a man at the counter. He stood there for several minutes with nobody helping him before asking out loud if he could have a water cup. He was ignored and he walked away. Then I stood at the counter for several more minutes, and while multiple employees looked up and saw me, no one came over. Finally, someone did come over and I asked for a bag to put my food in. She handed me the largest bag they have, that you would give for a big order. I wanted a small one to put my fries in. No ice in the machine, no ice in the machine the last time we were here.

It’s Taco Bell. It tastes and looks like every other Taco Bell. The customer service is adequate. They don’t give enough sauces any more. I got a total of 4 for 5 items. I did try the cheez-its taco things. They were ok to try, but not game changing like when they brought out the Doritos tacos. Here is pics.

My man Riley killed it. He hooked it up on the sauce and was a pleasure at the drive thru window. Truly a phenomenal experience The performance was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all expectations. Every aspect, from the music to the stage presence, was executed flawlessly. It’s clear that a lot of hard work and dedication went into this remarkable presentation. Everyone involved should be immensely proud of what they accomplished; it was truly special. The whole event created an unforgettable and enjoyable memory for the audience.

Josh was amazing!!! he was friendly and cracked a joke, quick and pleasant, and he even came out to our car and brought us forks when he realized he forgot!! we had extra in the car and werent going to go back either way but the initiative was amazing!! the food was wonderful and the service was great.

Would give 0 if I could. Ordered delivery and their dasher delivered to the wrong location, so I reordered and then they refused to give my new order my new dasher! So now I’m starving with nothing even open. Thank you for screwing me twice Taco Bell. What’s crazier is that both Taco Bell and DoorDash are both saying to contact the other company for a refund .

This is the worst Taco Bell in Kansas City. Never gets the order right. Always lacking on products. They just throw everything in the the bag so it’s always a mess. All the filling of the items all over the bag. Do better
