I asked for no meat and no sour cream and half of my order had sour cream.
And I took back the order for a refund.
It was my fault because I should have looked at it before I left out of the drive thru.
Note to self; Always make sure you have the right order and that it is to your liking.

I went through to go pickup my mobile order about 5 mins after placing it. Upon arrival I noticed the guy manager by the front door smoking and several people inside eating. I pulled to the speaker box and asked to pickup my already paid for order. They stated they are closed for “maintenance “ and I would not be permitted to get my food. I was confused considering people were inside eating. I asked if they would be willing to fulfill my order if I could show the a receipt, proof of purchase and was even willing to email them evidence of my order. They stated they would not fulfill my order or issue me a refund, that they could do nothing. I understand things happen, maybe their system went down, at the least they could have offered to make my food and deal with the system later. Not a free taco coupon not my drink from the order I paid for NOTHING. HE stated they turned the app off but it’s not his fault. Regardless, they could have been more polite. I wasted my whole lunch break with this and went back to work without. And they still have yet to refund my order. Pitiful

I love this location so much ! I have even started experimenting with other food items than normal. I am a die hard fan already but don’t usually get anything different than I usually do in fear that it won’t meet my expectations but these wonderful hard workers here make sure everything is always fresh and hot! Special orders are correct and they are busy so I know that puts extra strain on the food line! Thank you Taco Bell on Blue Ridge across from Kaufman Stadium Kansas City Missouri!!!

Received my order and my crunchy tacos were all broken… not just one crack or so through the center to where you can still manage to pick up and eat it either. It is what it is & may be a petty problem, however, had I wanted a taco salad I would’ve ordered a taco salad…. js

Taco Bell’s breakfast is actually really good. The Bell Breakfast Box seems like a really good deal. Hashbrowns are the same really good crispy hashbrowns McDonalds has. The Cinnabon delights are actually really good and really sweet. I wish they just had a 6 pack because it’s either 2 or 12 right now. The Crunchwrap is really good, too. Like a sonic breakfast, but better. The hashbrown adds more flavor and crunch while the Jalapeno Sauce makes the whole thing not dry.

My food is cold and sloppy. I ordered a cantina quesadilla and a soft taco supreme. This location on blue ridge by the stadium is terrible compared to others. My quesadilla wasn’t browned cut rushed and it was no line only 10:30 pm. Drive thru worker act like she was forced to be there. I’m highly disappointed. Soft taco just dry hard tortilla shell

This place is an absolute joke. I ordered a #2 which is 3 supreme soft tacos. When I opened my food they were soaking wet and poorly wrapped. I also asked for lots of Fire and Hot sauce, I was given 2 of each. This isn’t the first time this has happened. So frustrating

This Taco Bell is the mvp. I went here after a KC Chiefs football game along with about 300 other people. They pushed the orders out as fast the orders were placed. The food was good. The restaurant was clean and well maintained.
