Food was cold and steak chalupas were cold, tough and a little salty. The strawberry passionfruit fresca was watery although I ask for no ice. I say don’t use drive thru, eat in, so you can ensure your food is eatable or is it atable.

I don’t know what was in my breakfast burrito. It tasted horribly burnt and bitter and had a tough texture. I felt sick after eating it, and will probably not be coming back.
The rest of the food was good and most of the burrito was normal except whatever was at the end of it.

I ordered the Mexican Pizza. It was so good. I haven’t had one since they’ve recently been back on the menu, and it was my usual as a teenager. My tacos were supreme and were loaded. The service was great, my cashier in the drive thru was kind and friendly.

I ordered two chili-cheese burritos over doordash. They were both terribly small in terms of portions and had next to no beef on them. They also neglected to toss in my mild sauce. They’re usually pretty good about portions and stuff, but if you don’t have the beef just cancel the order or something.

They gave us a bag full of dirty sauce packages. I know whoever put these in the bag and then closed the bag saw this. It wasn’t even like there was a rush. It was only me and another car in the drive and the parking lot was empty. On top of that our food was cold.

Anytime I come here I am always having a problem. First they tell me that they do not serve iced coffee in the afternoons it’s only a morning item. I’ve been to other Kansas City locations they all serve it. They’re not being open in the morning time I come here and it wasn’t even open at 9:00 in the morning the morning times are too fluctuated and it depends on when the staff wants to open up the store not when the store is actually open. Love Taco Bell’s food but I do not like this location and I will not be coming back.
