This location normally does really well. Unfortunately, they messed up the order twice. Ordered two potato soft tacos. The potatoes were looking as though they were cooked a day or two before, and were hard. Address this with the manager asked for two more new ones and even paid for them. The new ones had the same result.

Went in drive through for breakfast and wanted to see the breakfast menu or what kind of burritos they had . The drive through workers didn’t want to tell me and my husband what kind of variety of burritos being we did not have the breakfast menu. She did tell us sausage, bacon , or potato but the traffic from the Highway made it hard for us to hear . So I asked could she repeat it nicely and she had an attitude . I said mam u have an attitude when all I was asking were what kind of burritos she had . Then she says well u can go somewhere else to eat and it escalated from there . From the jump of the drive through call she had an bad attitude then a man came to the window to tell us they want be servicing us all bc we wanted to know about the burritos and your worker had an attitude. This location is terrible and I do not recommend this place . I worked fast food you say you prompts in a polite manner . Yea my husband got ugly after that .

Only give one sauce per item and will refuse anymore. The lady in the drive through was about to give me more when the manager behind her, who was visibly pissed off, told her not to. She was obviously embarrassed. I would’ve been too if I had a manger telling me not to do my job and to give someone a bad experience. I would’ve even paid for extra sauce but just got a flat out no instead. Do you use only one sauce per item? Do you know literally anyone that only uses one sauce per item? I don’t. Corporates been contacted and hopefully they step in and remove the bad management.

Last night I went to taco bell and they forgot to sdd the salted carmel churros. I called and spoke to someone. He said come back today he will let the morning manager know because he gets off at 7:00 am. I only went back because my son wanted them. Get there this morning the morning manager says no one told him and I could be just trying to get a free churro even though I have my reciept, my call log where I called and how do I know when this man gets off work if I never called. I do not appreciate being called a liar over some churros.

I was craving some tacos, so i came to the prospect store i was happy when i entered there was no one in the lobby so I expected expedient service however after waiting 10 minutes while one of the cooks just looked at me i figured i would put my order in on the kiosk and waited another 10 min. i ordered the#8 supreme my favorite. I got, not the supreme, then was told there are 2#8s one is not the supreme instead of offering me sour cream she walked away, i then had to ask how much for sour cream i paid for it and again had to wait this time being told there were other customers i had to wait my turn. Maybe the order could have come correct if it wasn’t so confusing on the kiosk, but the service afterward is why I’ll not come back to t

I have never had a bad experience here until today. I don’t know what there so called assistance manager problem was but , I told him that was my order behind him and my name. He proceeds to say what’s the order number. I have never had to say an order number. I say my name and they hand me my order. I’ve work at fast food for over 10 years, I also been shift leader as well. I know how it works. Order number or name on the order. I gave my name, pointed at the items and even ask to order two sides of chicken since you can’t order that on the kiosk or online. He said I was rude and I wasn’t, told me to leave and I said no need my food that I order already and two sides of chicken. I wasn’t rude. Came in with my kids and I am 8months pregnant walking from off the bus . No, I will sit with my kids and eat. He said here’s your food now get out not ringing you up for two side of chicken. Do it yourself on the kiosk. I said you can’t do it on the kiosk he said well figure it out because I’m not helping you. I ask for the manager he said I’m the assistant manager. I said who’s the head of you, the general manager. He said nobody now get out. I said no, what’s corporate number. He goes and say we aren’t corporate and don’t have there number. So google is free and I found it myself plus made an complaint online. Told them what was going on, he still yelling in the background with one employee (must wanted a raise) telling me to get out or they’ll call the cops. This employee knew nothing that was going on and wasn’t at the counter when his so called assistant manager was being rude and disrespectful to me. So I put the store number/ order to corporate. They found my name for the account and the store that was VERY rude and put that down for me as well. I hope something gets done with that/ him. He was definitely uncalled for. Must was having a bad day, not my problem. Assistant manager at the drive threw window taking orders , yeah right. I also ask for a refund as well. Very weird behavior. I wish I can give them -5 star.

They portion size is drastically reduced in the cantina bowls. I got like 4 little pieces of steak. The bowl was almost empty, nothing like before. Not worth it anymore.

Yesterday June 27th 2024 around 10pm I picked up two burritos from the taco bell on prospect. I was looking for whatever reason thank God as I took bites and was unfortunate enough and disgustingly presented with a bug wedged in my food. I still have possession of it and can give pictures soon but at the time I will admit I rolled up the contents and no longer wanted to even look at them. I have filed a report with my cities health department as well as with y’all via customer service. Nasty
