This Taco Bell is the best, they always make sure your order is correct. The morning team deserves a raise, the steak burritos and steak fries are the best and you can order some lunch items in the morning, which is a huge bonus to those who are not big fans of sausage and eggs. Definitely a lower tier taco bell in the metro. They routinely skip customization on app orders and also have very poor handling/food construction. These pictures were at 2pm, not a busy time of day. This is typical. The Taco Bell on Independence Ave and the one on Prospect are way better, and the staff there have way less disgruntled energy.
If you are eating here I recommend the lobby so you can double check your order before leaving.

Just went through the drive-thru, ordered the pizza with two tacos no sour cream. I got nachos with sour cream all over them. I called the store to tell them about my order. They said 1 minute I’ll get your information and Make you a new order next time you come through. They did this because I live 45 minutes away and I was on my way home from work. However, someone took the receiver and hung the phone up. Now when I call back it’s constantly busy. I normally wouldn’t make a big deal about this but it happens too much.

Update: when I went earlier this week, the food was incredibly watery and tasteless. Not sure what happened but liquid running out of my taco and burrito was pure water!

Amazing!! They are always incredibly friendly and have smiles on their faces. They put other Taco Bells to shame. Honestly, I don’t even mind when they’re out of what I want.. they’re so apologetic and pleasant about it, I still have a great experience! Well done, Taco Bell. Well done!

This is your standard Taco Bell, but with a nicer view. The food was good and I love the back porch- however if you’re coming here for some instaworthy images, not the best option.
