If i can give 1/2 star i would . I went thru the drive thru & ordered a #8 no lettuce. When i got back to work & opened my food up, i noticed there were no tomatoes or sour cream, barely any meat in the shell. So i call & the person that answered said if i didnt specify the supreme that they’re going to give me the regular. Why do I need to specify that it’s a supreme if that’s what it says on the menu? I will never go back to this place again nor will I suggest it.

Pick one of the other 3 taco bells nearby because this one is terrible. Small portions and cold food…one picture shows my burrito that was barely bigger than a bic lighter, and the other shows 4 tiny potatoes in their spicy potato taco. Avoid this place if you can

Just want to throw out a huge shoutout to the kind staff working tonight! My family and I had to walk through the drive thru while we waited for our Uber. We were not only serviced with kindness, but they also provided us with hot water cups to keep our hands warm while we waited for our food. They could have turned us away, not having a vehicle, but they decided to serve us as well as treat us with an abundance of kindness and generosity. Very mu appreciated

Stopped in for lunch with my daughter and her friend and while waiting for my order, I watched one of the workers grab food out of the hot tray where its stored and pop it in her mouth and eat and then without changing her gloves, make two new orders. war around 1:50ish, the lady was a heavier set woman with a pink cancer ribbon hair clip and a sun tattoo on her right forearm and script tattoo on her left forearm. I get eating while at work, but not right out of the supply, not while working on other peoples food, and definitely not where everyone can see you. Def wont be back here.

They can be hit or miss but they definitely hit more than they miss. And the misses typically are cause they’re out of something at the end of the day, it’s Taco Bell; the employees have always been nice so I’d consider this a great location

Doors didn’t open until 12 minutes after posted time, one employee was complaining about diarrhea and another was saying how his nose was runny. I’m afraid to eat my food lol

It was one of the worse experiences, at a fast food restaurant, that I’ve had recently. I only went because my grandchildren enjoy it and it it is in close proximity to my apartment.
We walked in and were not acknowledged. Two employees looked directly at us twice but kept ignoring us. As we were about to leave the employee walking from the drive thru to the back called out “order on the kiosk.” This was after waiting for six minutes. In the interim another customer walked in and was acknowledged and assisted by two male employees at the register.
We placed the order and waited. Eventually, a girl dropped our $16.00 order on the counter called my name and walked away. Suffice it to say, this will be our last foray to an establishment that does not appreciate my business enough to practice decent customer service skills.

Always a great experience minus a couple exceptions where i was labeled homeless and ran out of the bathroom, as you can see I still gave them 5 stars as the area is hard on staff and this reduced the atmosphere score a solid 4…
