I was really impressed with the Taco Bell in Lee’s Summit. My food came out hot and fresh, and you could tell it was made with care. The restaurant itself was spotless—not just the dining area but also the restrooms, and even behind the counter and prep area looked very clean and organized. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Zeke and asked if I needed any help. The employees were friendly, personable, and genuinely made me feel welcome. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went with my grandson to grab a quick bite. Ordered the food, the guy at the window was so stoned he could hardly talk. He said goodbye after handing me the bag and hadn’t even collected the money or handed me our drinks. I brought that to his attention and he laughs and says “oh wow” When we got the food it had a piece of plastic in it and the drink had a large hair on it. Called back asked for the manager he sounded just as incoherent as his employee. Would not acknowledge any wrong doing or even suggest a solution such as “So sorry, would you like your money back?” We decided to through that food away, it was cold anyway, and went to the Taco Bell on 58hwy in Raymore. This Taco Bell did a fantastic job. Food was warm, had more meat in the food. I will never go to this Taco Bell ever again.

So this is about one item specifically from an Uber delivery I had recently, since ubers rating system is an all or nothing based review system so they can substantiate a refund not (which is fine) i am left with google to leave awareness.
They pulled a Chipotle on me and radically reduced the portion size. I’m shocked because they’re usually pretty good about giving me what I ordered. So buyer beware if you order an extra grilled cheese burrito order it on site and look at it before you leave.

This was the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. My order was ready immediately when I pulled up to the window. My friends was only half way done, so they asked us to pull through the drive thru again… (most would be mad but this is how you keep a drive through line moving) we spun around to a pretty long line and got through in less than 2 minutes. They remembered the name and everything. If I could stand outside this Taco Bell with a sign saying “you won’t regret it” I would! Keep up the hard work. All it takes is kindness and a good smile 🙂

10/10 experience. The line was around the building but moved quicker than a Chick fil A. The young man on the intercom and at the window was very friendly and so genuine. He was working so hard to ensure our order was correct, and he seemed happy to be there. The food was good and tasted like it was made with care.

I don’t know what exactly changed with this taco bell but I typically come through the drive thru at night and as of recently the workers there barley speak english and the food portions have been awful.
I typically order the doritos locos tacos and I am handed a taco with more cheese than meat. Unfortunately I didn’t a picture but reading some of the other reviews, customers are seeing similar problems.

If somebody can’t take our order of the five guys on my crew that I brought with me we will not be back. Also saw an older gentleman walk-in went to the counter for a while then started trying to use the kiosk and then walked out people do not want to put their own order in we do not work at Taco Bell

Went to this location tonight and got several items. Had a cup of nacho cheese that was less than half full, taking only 4 chips to use it all (should have taken a before picture). Ordered a spicy potato soft taco that had exactly 0 potatoes on it. Finally, was given a chicken toasted cheddar chalupa that should have been ground beef. If they’re going to be that lazy, they should just close. Worst TB experience I’ve ever had.

Ordered Cravings Box, Drink Machine was under maintenance, so I asked for cinnamon twists to comp for the missing drink, didn’t get it. Crispy chicken taco was a mess, just lettuce and a crusty piece of breading. And no receipt was given.

Usually I avoid reviews but usually I stop in late at night because I got off late food is either old and not fresh or they close because they “run out of food “. Stopped at 11:40 pm tonight and sat for 5 min without being greeted and finally was told they’re closed because they ran out of “everything “. I’ve worked at a Taco Bell that was always just unacceptable.
