They don’t have any trash cans in any of the bathrooms. A customer has to clean off the seat because it was too disgusting to sit on it. The staff kept lying and said that they were taking out the trash which was a lie.

i’ve debated writing a review on this location for a while but i’m honestly fed up with the quality of food. It’s fairly inconsistent which is the only reason i’ve been back, but majority of the time i come here the food is cold, portions are VERY small and definitely not up to standard, cheese is unmelted, and i’ve even gotten over cooked things on multiple occasions as well. I hate to complain cause (nearly) everyone i’ve interacted with here is very kind, but as someone who’s worked in fast food i know it can not be this difficult to make decent food. this taco bell used to be normal, i’m not sure what changed, i’m assuming different staff/management.

E Coli I think it is. 11/25 around like 9:30-10:00. I have fatigue, fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting. So I don’t think I’m ever getting Taco Bell again pretty sure whoever made my food didn’t wash their hands after doing stuff and or didn’t properly cook something. Never again.

This Taco Bell is very inconsistent, I had the cheese grilled taco (much like a birria taco) a week ago and was impressed at what Taco Bell made. I got it again today and the cheese wasn’t melted the taco was cold. It was not good at all. This one is a hit or miss, they are more consistent during lunch but today just wasn’t it. The consistency is tough. Flip a coin and you’ll see. Service is good though.

I went to this Taco Bell tonight because they do a good job as far as fast food goes. The food is always fresh and hot.
I miss interacting with the employees rather than ordering off a kiosk though. Personal interaction with people is still an important aspect in customer service in my opinion, but maybe that’s something that others do not care for.
I was saddened to see that their toilet paper dispenser in the women’s bathroom was broken and the huge toilet paper roll was just sitting on the railing. It made getting the tissue a bit difficult. The bathroom otherwise, was very clean though.
One thing that I did find rather concerning was the fact that the employees decided to celebrate 4th of July a day early and were all standing outside the building shooting off fireworks. My husband and I were sitting on the patio area eating our food, and firecrackers were being set off relatively close by. I understand that maybe one or two might have been on break, but not all of them! Given the fact that it was not busy, maybe that was totally okay for them. It was just a bit startling hearing the loud popping of fireworks while we were enjoying our dinner.
Overall, a good restaurant for fast food, and I am not opposed to eating here again, but a couple of things do have room for improvement.

Management is horrible. This store was amazing before they fired the GM. They need to completely shut the store down. Food is always cold when getting it something is always misssing aswell
