I just really have to commend this location. We’ve lived in the area for 4 years now and this is our local Taco Bell. We order here probably 1-2x a month. I can’t recall a single time they’ve gotten an order wrong. Always cordial employees working regardless of time of day or if I order there or on the app. Food is always made exactly how we ask for it and the Baja blast is always fresh

I visited this Taco Bell today and was very polite throughout my visit. Everything was going fine until I ordered a drink and attempted to use a coupon with my card. I was not aware that the coupon needed to be mentioned ahead of time.
The employee at the window shook her head at me, raised her voice, and was extremely rude. I calmly asked her why she was being rude when I had been respectful the entire time, and she snapped at me again. When I asked for her name so I could address the issue properly, she refused to give it.
After waiting in line for an excessive amount of time, I remained at the window to ask for assistance. Eventually, a manager named Shannon came over around 5:22 PM on a Wednesday. I explained the situation, but I felt the staff were covering for one another, as I was told employees do not have to give their names.
This situation could and should have been handled much better. I run a business myself and would never allow an interaction like this with a customer. I simply wanted to leave feedback, but the lack of professionalism and accountability was disappointing.

Let me tell you I love Taco Bell. I have never had a bad experience until today. The girl that was at the window was rude. Yesterday I went through and gave my rewards at the window and the girl helped me and showed me how to use the app. Today I go through and the lady didn’t ask for my code in the drive thru. I get to the window and it’s a whole different story. You can’t add the rewards at the window because she doesn’t have a way to do it. That is not true. Not only did the lady yesterday add my rewards at the window but also added my 15% reward as well. I get you have times you are trying to beat. I used to work at a Taco Bell. Treating the customers poorly because you don’t want to add a 4 digit code is crazy to me. The name on the receipt I have is Jensen F. I work in customer service and know that is now way to be. I got my food fast but her attitude was poor. Maybe pull her off the window and have her do something easier like manning the lobby would be in her alleyway. Every other employee I’ve met there has been so kind and not rushing through for times. Maybe she’s having a bad day I don’t know. Put your feelings aside and smile.

Went in store to order our food as our vehicle would not fit through the drive-thru, We had cash so we went to the counter started looking to see what we wanted, and after a few minutes no one had even acknowledged we were there, waited around for a few more minutes they clearly saw us . . But no greeting or questions to what was going on . .so after 2 door dash orders had been fulfilled and still no response from the over 5 person crew we left, still had not been acknowledged by any of the staff even though everyone had seen us waiting . . One employee even came into the dining area . . So unless you are drive-thru or an online order you won’t be helped

This Taco Bell used to be 1 of the best in the area. The people were professional and even kind & the food was always very good – a favorite place to meet my friends for lunch. But today when I ate the 2 taco supremes that I’d gotten “to go” neither had a single piece of tomato and zero sour cream although I’d paid for that. Also the meat portion was almost non-existent, flavorless & had the texture of mush rather than taco meat. Both tacos contained mostly lettuce. The cook there definitely needs some help or additional training. In the meantime I’m sorry to say that I won’t be spending anymore of my hard earned money there. What a pity. I hope they’ll get back on track soon.

I usually place a mobile order to pick up through the drive through. My wait usually not long, the employees I have encountered at the window have all been nice , my order has always been correct and hot as well. My order today was a customized order through the app and it was done perfect! No complaints, keep up the solid service. Shout out to the staff, it ain’t always easy to make everyone happy and sometimes folks make it real hard for you to do your job. Had to come through and give you some kind words. Solidarity always.

Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch and a cheese quesadilla. The taco was not warm and the cheese on the quesadilla was not melted at all and was not warm as well. For some reason the quesadilla was so spicy that my throat was burning and my eyes were watering. It felt like my throat had nails in it or something, super painful. Normally the quesadilla isn’t spicy at all for me. Customer service was alright, employee sounded very monotone or depressed like.

Really skinny with brown hair and a taco bell shirt on. Smoking out bong with a gentleman that didn’t have taco bell shirt on. They were standing by a small silver car. Would have been on Saturday 10/11. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable feeling. Not going back.
