I went to Taco Bell expecting a quick bite, but left feeling underwhelmed. The service was not great, waited like 10 minutes for my order and there was like no one there. Went to desk for assistance no one recognized me, only then after some time someone noticed me. They put barely any nacho cheese which is frustrating after waiting had to come up again to front desk to ask to add. The food and flavors were pretty well. I might come back or might not.

Quick self checkout on the computer got my order, The service was quick—took couple minutes to get our order. Great value, friendly staff, but bathroom had a code lock and can be annoying to have to keep asking to open it ,inside could do some cleaning. Would come back.

We don’t come here often, but it’s about as consistent as you’d expect from a Taco Bell. Staff is typically amicable if not friendly. I’ve never had an order messed up. I haven’t had any outstandingly BAD experiences here.

The man that opened the door for us was very nice. I’m not sure if he was the manager but feel like he was. He also checked back during our meal to see
how everything was and I’ll say that’s the first time ever at a Taco Bell. We were impressed with all that and the food was hot, fresh, well prepared and wrapped expertly. Thanks for the good experience!

I won’t be visiting this location again and I’ve gone here for years. I was asked at the speaker what I needed by a female, I answered & she did not confirm my order or say anything more. I said hello 3 times when a male voice then asked me what I wanted. I don’t know if the speaker wasn’t working but he couldn’t seem to hear me. He then got irritated and repeatedly asked me if I needed any sauce packets or drinks, continually repeating, ‘are you sure?’.
After I paid and received my food he asked me one more time if I was sure I didn’t want water.
I’m not sure what I did to upset these two.

I spent over $40 on a “Free delivery” special. It’s been awhile since I ordered here. A few months back,.my delivery was sat outside a building. The picture and all sent to me. I spoke with Taco Bell and door dash, got money back. I figured they improved on the last order. So, used the special free delivery fee, and THE SAME THING WAS DONE TO ME AGAIN! THE DASH DRIVER CAN’T SPEAK ENGLISH. SO, they wouldn’t talk to me when I called back or Texted. Never got my food again.

Charged me for items I ordered, yet I was given cheaper menu items. The basic crunchy taco I was given (not ordered) was completely busted & was like taco salad in a wrapper. I was in a hurry, traffic heavy so I didn’t return to the drive thru. Figured they wouldn’t care or would do something to replacement items given the attitudes of employees on 2/9/24 about 5:35 pm. Will not recommend this location on Bolger to anyone.

just left, whoever the guy with the euro-esque accent was taking the drive-thru orders is wonderful. absolutely top notch customer service, made ordering very fun. loved the little addition of the note on our napkins, over-all money well spent
