As a 3rd party food delivery person, I have been to multiple Taco Bells. Avoid this one. They are VERY slow and don’t take their jobs seriously. I politely wait for them to get around to waiting on the counter, which is at least 5- 10 minutes from my arrival time. One time me and another Dasher rotted at the counter while they tried to get on top of the drive through line. This is a shiny newish location and shouldn’t be SO below the mark. Tonight, I could see my order, just sitting on the back area near the drive-through prep zone but they didn’t bother to move it to the carry out shelves/display so I had to wait for them to pay attention to me.

Returned on 11/28 and my order was prompt. That being said I wasn’t given napkins or sauce on my app order.

We ordered through the drive through around 8:15 on October 18th and the lady was extremely rude. She wouldn’t even let us finish ordering. She just kept saying any sauce, any sauce!?!? So we just said no and didn’t order anything else. We get to the window to pay and she shoves out the drink and then slams the window shut. After we got the luke warm food and crumbs that were supposed to be cinnamon twists, we asked for our receipt and she shoves that in my husband’s hand and slammed the window shut. No have a good night or anything. She just went back to looking at her phone that we apparently interrupted her. Horrible customer service!

First off, the tables was wobbly considering it’s a brand-new-store!!
Missing burrito, asked for a bag also never got.
Food was fine. Happy the soda taste good. Some places just isn’t right.

Food was cold. Staff on 11th of September deplorable! Drive thru attendant Chatted with a car ahead without exchanging money or food for over 6 minutes. Watched our food sit on the counter during this time. Was rude when we did interact with them!

Ordered at kiosk and waited 15 minutes, staff walked around and said sorry for the wait we are training staff. Other customers that came in after us all had gotten their food. Had to go to front desk and ask how our order was coming only to find out order had never been sent to the kitchen.
Staff promptly re-entered the order into their system. Offered no compensation for the waited time. After receiving food found out one of the items had included sour cream when it was distinctly listed on the receipt no sour cream had to have item remade again no compensation for missed order quality.
