I mean, it’s Taco Bell. No one should be going there expecting any food more fancy than high-sodium, need-a-taco-right-now kind of goodness. In addition to the tried and true menu, go there for the great customer service, clean dining room, and the round-up opportunity to contribute to the company’s education programs for employees. This location is well-managed and has yet to mess up my order. Solidly 4 stars.

This location IS very hit or miss in terms of getting items correct and skimping on ingredients. Like tonight, everything I ordeees was correct but they gave me someone else’s chicken chalupa. I’m vegetarian so it’s going in the trash. Can’t give it to a homeless person because I stuck my fingers in it to check what was inside it.
But it’s the best location in town. The staff are always so polite so I don’t mind swinging back through when something is wrong.
I drive the extra mile and a half to come here instead of to the sugar creek location.

The cashier said, ‘That’ll be $11.07, my dear.’ The staff here is so friendly and helpful. It’s refreshing to find such great customer service and c at a fast-food place! They really deserve a shout-out!

Terrible service wrong items missing items. Don’t recommend. Allergic to tomato ordered without and then had to go through every item to take it off. They even gave us a smashed burrito with its guts spewed every where. Then ordered 1 steak burrito and 1 chicken…. got rice burrito and 1 chicken burrito in the bag…. they can’t do their job but expect a higher pay…. would like refunded for missing items and messed up items but guess what they blamed it on being short staffed. We get places are short staffed but messing up this much on 1 order…. seriously?

I came about 1:40am to have them correct my grilled cheese burrito… whoever was at the window was SO nice to me. I felt so awful coming back thru, but he was so sweet and apologized and remade my grilled cheese burrito for me. I never caught his name, but he was so sweet and awesome

Had a catastrophic experience. It took a half hour to get my food. After seventeen minutes I went up to the counter and asked the manager what was going on.
They told me had handed our lobby order order the drive thru window and would remake it. They said they were short staffed and had two trainees that evening and were very busy. However, you’ll notice from the photos that the lobby was almost empty. The drive thru was steady but not at all busy.
I was unable to tell from among the workers who was the trainees. But there two people on the line were moving casually in preparing the orders. There was no urgency in their movements. They didn’t talk to each other about what they were making either.
When I finally complained about how long it took, the shift manager on duty immediately took out HER OWN debit card and offered to buy us more food as an apology. I said I wasn’t interested in more food, that I needed to leave. She said they were remaking our order but that she was not allowed to issue refunds only the GM could do that. I settled on waiting another five minutes and getting our food, as I was with my kids and they needed to eat.
This was absolutely the single worst fast food experience I’ve had in years.
