Went through the drive thru after a long night at work since it was the only thing open *and I’m too tired to cook) but when I got home and opened the bag the food was so awful that I threw it away. Mexican Pizza was made with broken shells and had a weird smell to it and the burrito I ordered was burnt and inedible. No reciept in the bag or number to call and I’m so mad about it I just wont go back to Taco Bell again. Total waste of $15.

Solid experience with this Taco Bell, I had a mobile order. Gave my name at the window, the friendly worker came on and repeated what I had ordered online to me which I liked and the exchange at the window was pleasant. The food was decently made. I would’ve preferred a little more equal spread of some ingredients but definitely not my worst experience at a T-Bell. Everything came out as ordered and that’s all you can ask for.

The customer service experience was somewhat lacking. Orders are placed via a self-service kiosk, and once prepared, they are delivered without announcing the customer’s name or order number. We remained seated for approximately 20 minutes before a staff member inquired about our order. Despite this, the establishment featured a modern and aesthetically pleasing ambiance.

Very disappointed in my recent visit. The Crunchwrap had very little ingredients and only a small amount of meat. We ordered chips with cheese and the cheese container was only 1/8-1/4 full. The products we received were not worth the money. I seriously doubt I will return to this location. Taco Bell….you can do better, please challenge yourself to improve and focus on the customer experience.

I was excited to order a tostada again only to be majorly disappointed! The picture was after I spread out the 1 lump of hard cold beans n top of the tostada. Save your money and go somewhere else if you want good fast food. You won’t get it here.

Young people are the death of things. Always has been. Girl in the drive thru has a condenseding attitude and cut me off mid sentence while I was simply trying to tell her my online order name. I said my name twice, in-between being interrupted, got told my name wasn’t on the list. She proceeded to read the names, only 4, then said my name ,that I gave her, at the end. Management, talk to your team. You young people aren’t as smart or cool as you think that you are. Humble yourselves

Ordered through the drive through once I returned home found two sauce packets with holes that have been taped shut.This is the kind of things you get served at this location. What kind of food safety do you guys practice. Because that’s not sanitary.

i love taco bell, but i also try to avoid this location because the people here are just unnecessarily rude. i used to work in food and understand that rushes are stressful and you just want to go home but you have to learn how to have good customer service through rough times. the food is good, but they’ve missed some of my stuff before so that’s why food is at 4.
