Food was ok. Order was wrong when we finally got it. Ordered inside at the kiosk and put in to pay cash at counter. Stood at counter for ten minutes trying to pay before anyone would acknowledge I was there. After finally paying it took another 15 minutes to get my order and it wasn’t correct. I watched another customer walk out while waiting for my food for also not being acknowledged. I have been to this location several times and never had issues like this before. Normally I would just say that maybe it was bad night but what made me mad was employees looked at me standing there and still didn’t want to come help me. I won’t be back to this location.

I ordered one thing and gave me another. I ordered 2 beef gorditas, they gave me 2 no beef extra beans. I ordered 2 5- layer beefy* burritos, they took the beef out and added chicken. Maybe 5 small pieces in each.

Mens restroom stinks and the floor is sticky. Gross. The food is always hot and tasty. Although, today they left an item out, but once I reported it missing I received a $10 credit. This location is usually top notch. (For a taco bell ) the employees are always nice and I feel like they actually care about producing a quality meal.

330pm. Placed an order on the kiosk. Cheese tasted odd. Not like it usually does. Chicken strips were great. But the reason for the review is a staff member on break was video chatting at max volume in the main area at the table right behind us. Literally scream talking and cussing and it was ridiculous.

This location used to be nice and clean, but it’s recently gone down hill. The Tortilla chips on my nachos were inedible they tasted like old oil. I decided to try some cinnamon twists as well, but realizing that those are also fried in oil they tasted just like old oil as well, all of my food was inedible and had to be thrown out. When I addressed the issue, the employees seemed to not care at all. The inside of the store is so dirty and the floors are dirty and sticky. As I was leaving employees were out front smoking weed in the parking lot… it’s gross to do that in front of a food establishment!

Absolute kindest fast food establishment I’ve ever been to. This is the closest Taco Bell to where I live and every single time I come here they are unbelievably nice and my order is always correct. Zero complaints at all.

They can never get your food right. On my last trip when I got home I noticed I was missing 3 items. I went back to the store and let the manager know I was missing 3 items and that everything was stacked on top of the mexican pizza totally squishing it, so I asked for a new one. I did bring the squished mexican pizza back. She informed me she made my order herself and there was no way I was missing anything. She was super rude. I let her know just spent $65, I am not going to lie about missing 3 $2 tacos.

I dont think I have ever had a positive experience at this taco bell. Rude employees, they under fill everything and it’s a ridiculous wait every time. I have currently been sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting on a mobile order with 3 items! Worst service ive ever experienced at a taco bell
